This is the last company you'd want to do business with. They have no sympathy for their customers and they will go out of their way to try and destroy your credit. I'm good now, but my friend is sueing them and she's winning the case.

Like the others here, I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE review! My husband had a stroke 9 months after leasing this car. He is in a nursing home and will not walk again. I called them re returning the car. The CS department's attitude--TOUGH!!--pay us the money or we will list you as a "REPO". Cannot reach anyone in management. One man claiming to be a supervisor gave me his extension after I asked him twice, but when I called him after a week of no action, I found out that he had given me a fake extension. Do not lease from this company. You will regret it!

I currently have a loan serviced through World Omni DBA Southeast Toyota Finance. I missed the first payment of my life on any loan because it took them 3 months to establish my auto payment. I did manual payments for the first two months and foolish me expected them to have their auto paymentns go into effect in that amount of time. Also, their auto payment feature won't let you pay more than the minimum (because they want to collect the maximum amount of interest) something I've never seen with any other loan company, which is flat out unethical in my opinion. I politely requested that SETF remove the missed payment from my credit report since I had a documented complaint with them about their inability to take my momey for 3 months. The customer service rep said they had an ethical responsibility to let the infraction remain. I'll make it my ethical responsibility to ensure with every other car I purchase in my life is financed with capital one who has always done a stellar job of taking my payments. It's clear this organization sees their customer as the dealerships selling their product and not those whose notes they hold. To heck with you.

Never, never ever again will I deal with Southeast Toyota Finance which is part of World Omni Financial. I gave one star because I was not allowed to give LESS. They are super quick to put you into collection, and I only co-signed. They claimed, in a letter that they tried to contact me. But I couldn't very that, and I checked my email and both phone numbers I own. I called them after I received the letter and made the payment. Of course it was late.

SCAM STAY AWAY! From Toyota (Their financial Bank or Department are not good) I called their customer service about 6 times already, they do not know how to proceed, how to escalate the process, or how to take care of their customer. I even talk to a higher person her name Laury H "Customer service department" she was a very rude person and She did not care about it. The issues started on July 04, that I checked my account and the auto-pay service that they offer never activated. One car went thru with the auto-pay, the other one did not, because their system fail. (So now they do not want to take responsibilities). They contacted me for a few times offering me warranty extension, selling warranty etc, but they never sent me an alert via email, mail, or telephone letting me know that something wrong was going on with my autopay, they did not even care about that the autopay for my other cars was going thru, but not for the other one. So to continue with this-> I trust so much on their autopay system that I did not check it during that time. Until I decided to check to see how much own for the car, and I saw that May 20, June 20 payments were never made. I had about 852/852 on time payments on my credit report - This one late payment decrease my credit score by 58 points. I can consider that being a company for 35 years you should have a department that evaluated better each customer, especially loyal customer like me that since 2013 I have cars with you and 100% on time payments. After having this bad experience I won't be buying or recommending a Toyota Anymore. At least you guys should hear from your customer better because destroying someone credit is not fair enough when on your end a system that you guys offer as autopay worked for one car but not the other, be side that with all these new technology you guys dont take the moment to use it, like mail, text message, or email. You guys dont care about providing an exception for your failure. My next recommendation will be, never get a TOYOTA. First late payment on 2018 because your autopay never activated, I think you guys should provide a resolution of this problem, looking that one car was getting pay, but not the other, and you guys did not send any email, mail, text message or call. I hope you guys should offer from old responsible customer a Goodwill Adjustment to be able to provide an opportunity with something like this happened.

My review, like the others, gives them 1 star. I would choose 0 stars if I could. Their level of customer service is absolutely horrible. They negatively impacted my credit and will do nothing to repair it. I have been with them for years (literally 4 leases back to back) and now that I need something, they are the worst. Just negative and nasty. This WILL be my last lease with them! I would not recommend them to anyone! Their leadership team needs immediate training on customer resolution!!! I now know why they only have a 1-star review rating online.

They never pick up the phone and never have credit transfer information or customer office. I needed to ask about post hurricane programs and credit transfer to my car buyer, but they do not pick up for weeks! Should they be reported for BBB as credit scammers?

When I first bought the car at Al Hendrickson they financed in-house. I setup an online payment which was confirmed then went to Europe for 3 months for business. I came back to threatening letters and when I checked my credit score I had a late payment. WOFC tried to tell me I had not setup the payment which was inaccurate, their system is actually setup so that the 1st payment must be made manually then autopay kicks in, something they failed to mention on their payment platform. As a result my credit score dropped 30 points from an excellent standing. I called both Al Hendrickson and WOFC and they were not interested in helping to change the credit reports I filed saying it was my fault. Funny how 2-3 years later they are desperate for my business and want to sell me a newer car. They can F right off, do not touch these scum bags with a barge pole.

I have paid my car loan on time every month, however they reported me late twice within the last 3 months. After disputing it with the credit bureau they still indicated that they were correct and I was wrong. By the way Southeast Toyota Finance is a division of Omni Financial and it appears that when the payments are made on line with Toyota somehow or another it is not recorded with Omni. What a nightmare!! I guess time to find legal representation... Never again will I ever financed a vehicle with this lender.

They are very quick to put you into collections. Almost as soon as you are delayed. Not even a death in the family seems to be an excuse. I don't think I will be buying another car through this company.

Our car was totalled on 11/01/2019. Geico paid off their portion on 11/19/2019. The dealership issued GAP policy finally paid off their portion 2/20/2020 and the dealership their insurance products refunds on 2/25/2020. Because this took the dealership, and World Omni over 3 months to exchange paperwork, World Omni now wants 3 months of late fees. If my insurance company can do their job in 19 days, then why can't the internal network of the dealer and world omni need 3 months to do the same job? How dare you want to charge the customer for your incompetence. And by the way, the only way it got resolved was because I spent 8 hours on phone calls and emails between the GAP company, SETF, and Earl Stewart Toyota and It was magically resolved in 1 DAY of my work, your thousands of employees combined couldn't get it done in nearly 4 months.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! My son passed away on November 23, 2017 and I have been trying to deal with his debts ever since. Today is January 4, 2018 and I have faxed his death certificate to them for the third time. Employees are rude and insensitive. World Omni Finance Corp. (Southeast Toyota Finance) have turned his account over for collection but refuse to speak with me because I'm not on the loan. Worst experience I've ever had with a lender and I m trying to help them. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota seek financing with another lender. I would never use this company for any reason what so ever!

My story is long but with reading and is like many others who financed here... I did the end of year Toyota buyback in December 2016. My local Toyota paid the balance, 10 days later got the title and no long has the car. Now, the story - I sent 3 letters explaining above and they in April 2018, yup no typo sent the balance to a collection agency, added it to my credit report. I sent 3 emails a wk x 3 wks to explain above. Finally I called - they discovered what I wrote x 3 wks was CORRECT, they sent my account with the wrong files. They also marked me as deceased, yup dead...WHAT THE HECK? All they could say was sorry... My credit is tanked, one credit card closed, 3 credit limits have been reduced to current balance.. Oh, and my car insurance has gone up 30.00/month. I was trying to buy property which I cannot secure now because of credit score... They have ruined my credit and all they say is sorry? I have had Toyotas for 25-30 years but this will be my last. Oh, and yes I am very much alive... Want to hear the best? They sent the same stinkin letter yesterday, I owe the balance.... Enough said. All because people could not do their job!

this company is horrible. I Ended up pregnant very sick and couldn't work and the car was repo within 2 months. forward to 3 years later I am trying to fix my credit and they have reported the account to The IRS. I mean okay cool, but the crazy thing is this company not only reported it to the IRS But on a monthly basis they are adding interest to the account and reporting to a outside collection agency. in search of a legal team to fix this crap. because something doesn't make any sense
