A great 4-star hotel. It is good for people who like to stay at more modern places, even when the city around it is thousands of years old, and most of the buildings (though not that old) are old as well. The only complaints I have, really is that I could not lock the bathroom door and the WiFi can be quite slow at times, often failing and disconnecting. Nonetheless, a great experience.

The smell is what really got me. Its like they sprayed something to mask cigarette smoke. If you have some one that can be easily triggered into headaches/migraines this place is not going to be for you. Its also across the bridge and not in the heart of Rome. The cleanliness was just not up to par and furniture was damaged. My traveling partner and I paid a lot just to get out of the rented room. We hadn't even stayed an hour before deciding to leave. The employees took it too personally, and tried to argue with us. There was no professionalism to be found. We were not going to stay there, period, no amount of confrontation was going to scare us into staying there, and the fees weren't either.

Little attention to detail, I reported at check-out the impossibility of taking a shower and I was not calculated at all. The tank cap was closed and could not be opened. Although I had upgraded to superior at check in, I'm not satisfied with the care of the room. I add that the internet didn't work for me!

We have been staying for 5 days and our experience has been very good. They attended us upon arrival in Spanish and made recommendations for our stay.
The room, on the seventh floor, was spacious and very comfortable. Comfortable beds and a couple of pillows of different height per person. The very complete bathroom.
We had breakfast included and it is varied. The breakfast room is spacious. That yes, it is calmer early.
It is in Trastevere and in two minutes you are on the tram that takes you to the most important places in Rome. It is an area where you can also stroll through picturesque streets.
We would return without hesitation, both to Rome and to this hotel.

Despite being renovated, our room was quiet, spacious and cozy. The friendly and helpful staff helped us trace the routes to the monuments we wanted to see. The neighborhood of Trastevere is an unbeatable base for visiting Rome.

It is a simple hotel, clean, with an original decoration that we could qualify as futuristic in its design. Very close to the tram and buses that bring you easily to the center of the city. The correct breakfast, to highlight the natural juices of orange, splendid.

Very happy with the stay at this hotel.

Very happy with the stay at this hotel.
Very good service, they catered to me in both English and Spanish.
The hotel looks clean and cozy.
Rooms of good size, very cozy, with terrace. Clean bathrooms and well cared for (I always had clean towels, soap etc).
Very complete buffet (only hiring breakfast), many meals to choose from.
It is well located, close to both bus and tram (the subway is a little further, but I really did not need it)
When I come back I will repeat without a doubt.

Very large and clean rooms.

Very large and clean rooms.
Excellent aperitifs in the hotel bar.
Convenient to go to the center and to go to the Vatican.
Definitely recommended.

good breakfast, very large rooms but really dated (no Schuko / usb) although still comfortable, bathroom ok, friendly and helpful staff. no slippers, extremely expensive mini bar.

I wanted to like this hotel as it had a fun and quirky vibe. The beds were not great and the rooms a bit worn out. Rooms were above average size for Europe but the comforts were less than expected.

Location is ok as it s near the train and 6 stops away from being into the heart of Rome. Next visit we will look for something closer to the Spanish Steps.

A good looking hotel with a great staff. The offer really good meals. Only flaws: weak Wi-Fi signal and the breakfast, most things are not as fresh as they should be. There is small gym. Overall I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel in a recorded location for a city trip to Rome. Modern design. Very friendly and helpful staff. At the same time quiet location and good access to public transport.

Fantastic hotel in the Trastevere area of Rome. The exterior and interior furnishings at the reception are truly surprising. Very cool. Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is also fantastic, really rich and accurate. Excellent value for money

Hotel very well located in the Trastevere district and with very good tram connection with the center of Rome.

Ultra modern decoration and good customer service.

The negative points would be that the rooms are outdated and they need maintenance, a boiled egg at 8 for breakfast is a theft, and it can not be that for room service the menu is not available in the room.

I attended a YouTube event at this hotel, also eating in the restaurant at the entrance.
Starting from the reception rooms and event management to end with the courtesy of the person. Promoted from every point of view.

Room was quite shabby, dirt on the walls and you could hear the rooms on either side into the night. Staff friendly and breakfast was good. Links into tourist centre were good. As a place to just sleep it was fine.

It's a nice room. They have a very strict guest policy. They'll need their passport (if from out of town) and can only stay for a couple of hours before they start to say something. Otherwise it's a nice place to lay your head on vacation.

A little outside the center, but still to walk. Possibly take a taxi for an acceptable fee of 10 to 15 euros. Hotel itself has modern design, friendly staff and an extensive breakfast. Cozy bar and spacious rooms.

Very well located, in 30 min you are walking in the center of Rome. Also easy to get from the FCO airport, train to Trastevere and tram line 3 or 8. The room a little old but clean and the correct cleaning service. In very attentive reception they speak perfect Spanish.

Excellent service. The unbeatable service and the spacious and well-maintained rooms. Buffet breakfast with a lot of variety and is also well suited for families. Close to the train stop and thus have good communication with the line of the Colosseum and the line that takes you to the Pantheon.

Not much of a 4 *. Shabby location amid old hangars and dilapidated residential bars, in a neighborhood full of outsiders. Breakfast is poor: a few industrial pastries and fried eggs with scraps of shells. Not even a complimentary glass of water on arrival. Spacious room with a balcony that is useless since there is not even a chair or a table to sit in, with a view anyway on an old dilapidated low-rent housing. There are undoubtedly a lot better for this price.

Ultra modern hotel and ultra design. I have a room with balcony, spacious and functional. The bed is large and comfortable, the shower room is well studied. On the negative side, we can report the air conditioning a little noisy, no kleenex in the bathroom and a reception a little stiff

Our room was not for a 4 star hotel. Climate defect, carpet lost in the middle of its fibers and the walls were quite grubby in some places, nice in the room is a small kitchen in which neither water nor electricity is connected. Ansonten top location, great access by bus & tram, rich breakfast and nice staff.
