Great title company, have done biz with them multiple times.
This is the worst place to do business, cookie was very rude and not understanding she was the worst to deal with. I was told the they will be taking a deposit for any unpaid bills and they will pay them. A month went by and nothing was paid and we had late fee s in our company name and we asked about why are they unpaid with a late fee I was told by cookie that she paid them with a check and sent me a email of a fake check (FYI I work for the bank)for the wrong amount then when asked about it I was given the run around every time I try to speak with cookie she doesn t want to help. Then it took another month to even get my deposit back from the company with the late fees that was Applied to the bill due to non payment.
Richard was wonderful. He helped with all my problems and concerns he took all the blame for cookie which was not acceptable cookie needs to be more friendly and Approachable she is rude and needs to learn how to take her own responsibilities and providing excellent service for customers she needs to show more care no matter who and what color the customers are so funny how she treats a white couple dressed in a suit different then a black couple with jeans on that doesn t mean we don t have money never judge a book by its cover she had so many rude comments to say over the phone and from her office but couldn t speak face to face.
Would highly recommend them for all your title related service needs!!
