This place has really gone down hill. Ruby at the desk is awesome, but the management is always changing (never a good sign) and just cares about the bottom line, not making the facilities better. The food in the social quarters is awful. In the gym the cardio machines and weights are dirty and poorly maintained. The steam room is usually broken and I wouldn't get in that hot tub for anything. It's a really expensive membership and not worth it unless your company foots the bill (which seems like the case for most of the members). Over the course of two years I had many mistakes made on my bill and finally just couldn't take paying so much for facilities that looked like they hadn't had a make-over since the 80s. Also, some of the gym staff is shifty, and I have a couple of friends/colleagues who have had stuff stolen. My advice is to take your membership to CSU if you have to have a gym downtown.
Very friendly staff..great workout location. Great place for meeting, small and large events. Also a great place for weddings and large parties.
My Members at Silver Lake Country Club love visiting the Club at Key Center. They enjoy the fun and exciting events that they have going on all the time. Great place to network and meet new people. I would recommend this Club to anyone in the Cleveland area.
