WOS truly cares about their people. My time spent as a consultant in this program I will never forget. Great experience and amazing support from their CSMs (WOS supervisors who are really friendly, great people who want you to succeed),. I began working for WOS in October 2019. One year later my life is in a whole new direction and I would like to thank WOS for taking part in making that happen. I would never have advanced this far in a career path without the help of WOS. For that, I am incredibly thankful. Transparency between WOS, the host organization and its clients was a little foggy at time, partly due to the uncertainties this pandemic presented. That certainly doesn't outweigh this opportunity for involvement in a career field like Project Management/Business Analysis. I highly recommend looking into WOS programs where you live... they are everywhere!
I started out working for WOS as an IT Business Analyst consultant. When I received an opportunity internally for an IT Security Analyst role, WOS made sure my transition was smooth. With their assistance, I was able to pay for the last year of my Bachelor s degree. After just a year and a half with WOS, I now work as a full-time employee.
