My dog died under their care in 2015. It s a very long story but I m only strong enough to deal with this now. They could have compensated me in some way to help me with my grief :(
In response to thier reply: 1. The front door was left open and the dog escaped. This was seen on CCTV footage. 2. I told her not to leave the dogs unattended outside at all. 3. You couldn't send me proof that there are new owners to the company and 4. My review is important and I am sure others would like to know if they can trust you with thier pets or not.

Tracey allowed me to cuddle up with her at night, as I could sense she loved me and respected my shyness. These guys are really good. Their insurance cover is far better than other companies is the market. We have had friends use these guys and they would definitely use them again.
