For some reason the drive through has been converted from 5 lanes down to 2, in my case 1. Waited 17 minutes with with 4 people in front of me just to not be even able to use their new terrible machines to deposit a check cause they do not supply you with any form of ledger to endorse said check. You can t even see what is on the screen it s so disgusting and glare filled. Still no in person service without an appointment (which is justified) but when it s only drive through it should be at least efficient and effective. You re stuck waiting one person at a time just to do any banking which is beyond ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible service and a true nightmare . I was a victim of fraud and at every turn the bank made this already stressful ordeal harder than it had to be. Starting with the fact that i had to fill the fraud forms out myself even though i have no means by which to retrieve the time of withdrawal so i had to spend days trying to get a hold of a representative. Even after asking for a new account multiple times i was told i would only get a new account if money was withdrawn from my bank account for a SEVENTH time. I never write these reviews but i strongly urge any of you to take your business where your financial security and peace of mind is the priority because it was not in my case. Now the bank is telling me they will deny my claims because i must have taken the money out without knowing as if I would remember going to an atm to withdraw hundreds of dollars. Hopefully I get some real assistance and will finally be able to end this nightmare. Please save yourselves the trouble and bank with any of the other reputable credit unions. You might not have this experience ut the risk is not worth it.

The worst bank service I have received in all my years. They are unresponsive and refused to take my wants or concerns seriously. If you are a prospective customer I seriously urge you to take your service elsewhere. This bank in inaccessible and unhelpful and made accessing my own money a task.

I've had Auto loan with Workers for 2 years. And we really like them.

Not worth one's time and effort when it comes to applying for accounts. Most people that work there are not honest, legitimate, and sincere.

Been a member seens 1994,never had any issues with my accounts.

I was very pleased with the service at the Main St Fitchburg office until today. I was promised a return call from the assistant manager concerning a very large problem with my account. I didn't receive a call and the branch is now closed. I'm very disappointed in the lack of follow up from the assistant manager Chris.

Been with them for approximately 30 years! Love then!

Horrible customer service. Had to call for clarification and help regarding a 'late' payment (mind you in three years we've done auto pay on time), and it was impossible to receive accurate information. One representative said they would have the late (and last) payment removed from our credit score. When we called back and spoke to Megan Silvestri she was rude, abrasive, and did not care about customer service or loyalty at all. I was appalled by how she dealt with the situation, especially in the midst of a global pandemic.
