The clothes and jewelry here are very memorable. I got a necklace and earrings set to remind me of our visit to Holland and am very happy with them. The cashier was nice and made me feel comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Holland store. I purchased some items by phone & when they didn't fit - the store refused to take them back - 3 days later. I was never informed of this policy and both the owner and manager would not budge. The owner was actually quite rude and informed me that boutiques do not except returns. I do not consider their store to be a boutique as most of their items I have seen elsewhere but the owner was quite arrogant and didn't show any customer service protocol at all. If anything - a boutique - should be more customer oriented not less. Would not waste my time shopping at this very blah store at all.

Amazing staff..very helpful for guys that need help picking out clothes for the woman in their lives. If your significant other shops there they have a record of there purchases and can help pick outfits that they will love!

Great boutique with excellent selection. Prices are as expected for an upscale chain-think Anthropologie. Good quality footwear and jewelry along with lots of variety in apparel.

Some stuff made in the USA, employees are usually friendly, prices are definitely boutique (expensive) though.

Fun boutique for clothing, home goods, shoes, and accessories. They carry brands such as Free People and BB Dakota. It's also a little on the pricey side, but well worth it if you're fans of the brands they carry. Cute shop layout and staff seemed friendly.

No one ever pays attention to me when I go in this store. Very arrogant atmosphere. I will take my business somewhere else. Also items are way overpriced can find them online for way cheaper.

My friends and I visited the store for the first time last week while 'shopping the shops' on the 8th. street strip. I purchased a darling dress for an upcoming wedding, and we were impressed with the selection and very reasonable prices
