There aren t enough amazing things to say about this place. We spent six days in Tallwoods and not only was the condo beautiful, the entire property was gorgeous. We took advantage of everything they had to offer: from water sports to 1:1 childcare. It was truly an incredible experience. Our waitress, Courtney, was bubbly and super sweet. The kids loved the characters that greeted us for every meal. There were activities for all of us to partake in. We absolutely loved it.

Super friendly staff, awesome food, and a great assortment of things to do. Very impressed with the house to accommodate a group. I wish their information per activity was more organized. More than once we'd walk to an activity then have sad kids when they weren't big/tall enough to participate. It was hard to sift through all the information to all the activities, then figure out how to get there. Better map needed? Better activity guide provided ahead of time? Overall great resort! Will come back!

A sprawling family-friendly resort in the Poconos. Situated around Teedyuskung Lake, there is no end of activities to do sailing, trail walking, an array of land and water games. Houses are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Food is decent, though not rave worthy. Staff is adept at handling large groups.

Woodloch is special. The food I had there was delicious. And the live entertainment was way better than I expected it to be. This is a place where I think almost anyone can go and seriously enjoy themselves.

This is a great family place. Lots of activities to do, nice lake, nice pool, good food and very good overall. This was our first trip (family vacation) to woodloch and we will be going back. We liked it so much we would like to buy a property over there. Kids loves it (6yo & 4 yo).

The folks here were amazing! They took great care of all of the people in the very large group I was part of, which was apparently much larger than their usual group size. The property is beautiful, service is great, and they offered a huge range of activities!

Best family resort in the world! I'm currently sitting in the dining room and the piano player just did Nothing Else Matters. How can you beat that? Or the fried shrimp, or the Crumb cake???

I went to Woodloch Pines nearly two years ago before the flood, and I enjoyed it. The games were fun, but turned out horrible in the end. They had an arcade room with tons of fun games and had Disney characters in the lobby. I did the scavenger hunt and the bake off. My team lost and the guy tossed the cake into the garbage pail:(. I thought that since that this is a family resort, Woodloch would have ten thousand cable channels but they had like 99 channels:(. The few last days I was there, the breakfast and dinner was mediocre, but the lunch was super delicious. I recommend coming to this place for vacation every couple years, since it's expensive. Just writing this review to tell you what to expect when going there.

What an amazing experience! The wait staff in The Inn (restaurant) were friendly and super helpful. There are activities for every age. For example: bumper cars for the little ones and a different area for the big ones (aka adults). Rock climbing (weight limit), paddle boats or wind surf, pool or lake swimming. Bingo was fun as was the horse racing. I d post pictures but they have my family on it, so just take my word for it and have a great time.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, lots to do. We stayed in the Southwoods private homes and absolutely loved it. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Our server Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the best dining experience. Cody (the boat captain) was equally entertaining and kept us laughing. The kids loved the indoor pool and water slide. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a real getaway!

As a former employee of several departments I can say the expectations are set extremely high! Great for guests, no so much for workers. The rooms are spotless, even the toilet paper gets folded to a nice triangle. The food is okay, the entertainment varies, the golf courses are nice and well kempt. If you go don't forget to ask when they let the deer out for guests to see!

This is "Tradition" worthy. They kept us unplugged and enjoying the moment all day. Each staff from any and every department was approachable, personable and genuine. Not a single flaw in the experience. Best place to stay in P.A.

The resort is wonderful for families. Lots to do in all weather conditions (though there is MORE to do in the summertime). We went in January and both we and our kids (2 and 4) had a fantastic time!

I had dinner and saw a show here last year for a family member s birthday. It was great! Some locals that have worked here have told me horror stories, but I personally have not had a bad experience.

It's a timeless family friendly place for all ages. Leave video games and TV behind instead enjoy participating in cupcake wars, trivia like Are You Smarter than a 5th grader, Olympic Games, home run derby wiffle ball, volleyball, hoops, etc.The varied daily activities bring families closer through contests, games, shows, etc. Everyday starts at 10:30 with several choices run by the very professional and enthusiastic staff. If none of the scheduled activities suit you, there are always bumper cars, go carts (Jr & family sized), paddle boats, row boats, pantoon boat rides, climbing wall, batting cage, zip line, shuffle board, bacci ball, the indoor jungle gym/obstacle course. Activities are varied indoors and out and many have toddler options. Lastly, there is a kids club for 10 and under. Nightly there is a wood fire for roasting marshmallows, a separate Children s and adult shows and movies. Woodloch is Definitely a place for family reunions or a place to reconnect with your small family.

Over 1300 super awesome staff leading amazing family team building activities and adventures for all ages. We had an outstanding joke that we always found to be true, that whenever we asked a staff member something they would never ever say no. My ONLY complaint is the sheer amount of food that is WASTED during the meals. There is so much food thrown out and we confirmed that it just goes to the landfill. Other than that we loved our 4 night family reunion we had here.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. The food served is very good. There are many different room options. We stayed at Tallwoods, and the rooms were great. The staff is very, very kind- both at the activities and dining room. There are many great activities that will be offered throughout your stay at Woodloch.

The resort seemed very understaffed. I spent half the day walking from closed activity to closed activity trying to find something open. After finally finding staff at the boating area we were told we only had 5 minutes to use the boat as the beach was closing at 5pm. Perhaps the resort is better staffed after memorial day, because the week before it definitely was not worth visiting.

Woodloch Pines is absolutely perfect for the loose-tooth set. They do not miss a trick. The list of events to entertain the kids is amazing- magicians, pools, water slides for all kids, mini-golf, tennis, beach, all you can eat meals, sailing, playland, video games and they supply the quarters, etc. There are so many things to do. Everything is included, except booze. It is not a situation where you pay up front and then they short change you in the end. We went to the pool on our last day and departed from there. They had bags ready for our wet clothes. They think of everything. If you are looking for a place for a vacation for you and your children to spend time together, this place is perfect. It is family owned and a member of the family comes to your dinner table each evening to make sure you are happy with everything at the resort.

My only caveat is that their directions are a joke. The address on the website is an empty grass lot in the middle of nowhere. Google doesn't even recognize it. The management is so careful with everything. I don't understand how they could make such a simple, egregious mistake.

A great resort. The landscaping combined with the lakeside location make it a very nice place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at meals. Speaking of meals, the food and wait staff were excellent, as was the dining area. Our room was nice, and clean, with a great view and just a short walk from the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as most of the resort. That being said, activities offered seemed limited, and many of those that were offered seemed geared toward younger children. Despite this, it's a very relaxing place to enjoy a weekend away by the lake with great dining and some fun activities.

Great family resort to take the kids. More activites in the summer time due to the weather but some indoor fun stuff ro do when its cool, options are just limited. Grounds are well kept and clean. We stayed at Woodloch Springs in one of the rental home which was also very well maintained and clean. The meal plan was kind of pricey and not sure if it was worth it. Would visit again and of staying in one of the home bring your own meals.

Our wedding at Woodloch was more than I could have ever asked for. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the whole experience was. The venue itself is breathtaking but the service provided was more than I could have ever expected. We were lucky enough to have Amanda as our coordinator and she was absolutely perfect through everything. She was so organized and responsive. She was by my husband and my side through everything beginning to end. I had no stress with planning my wedding because Amanda was there through it all.
The wedding itself was not just one night. We were able to plan a whole weekend experience for everyone. All of our guests traveled (the closest person was 1.5 hours away) and the guesthouses provided a great place for everyone to gather and be together. Our wedding started Friday with the wedding party having a go-cart competition which was a great way to start the weekend for us!! After that, we were able to all meet at the clubhouse and get together for a couple drinks. While at the clubhouse Friday night, the owner even came up to myself and my husband to introduce himself and thank us for being there. It really meant a lot to us that he would take that time for us. Saturday morning (the day of the wedding) everyone was able to go and do their own thing. People went golfing, horseback riding, hiking, or anything they could think of. At the wedding everyone was just blown away by the venue. The food was better than I could have ever imagined, and the cake was probably the best cake I've ever had at a wedding, and it came with ice cream!!!
I would highly recommend Woodloch to anyone that asks. My wedding was the best night of my life and I am so thankful to Amanda and the whole staff at Woodloch for making it a night I will always remember.

Came up here in the spring time with my husband and had a wonderful time. The service was top-notch and the rooms were super clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all planned and they literally gave you a much as you wanted! The price tag was a little costly but worth it. The owners came around periodically and ensured everything was to your liking, which gave it a more personal touch. Tons of activities for all ages from go-carting to BINGO!
