I was told that the montigo del ray brand of fireplace I was buying was proprietary to woodland direct. since the cheaper base model was out of stock I had no choice but to buy the deluxe package option since they said brick and mortar stores don't sell it. I find out afterwards that the same fireplace was sold down the street at a fireplace store. When I ordered vent parts, both times it took 5 days just to get the order on a delivery truck! asking for it to be expedited doesn't accomplish anything. I wish I read reviews for this company before hand. buy from somebody else.

I submitted an order whereby I had one address for billing and a second address for shipping as well as two different parties for the addresses. The initial order receipt reflected names/addresses correctly, but two subsequent messages showed the same party on both the billing/shipping addresses. Thus, I telephoned Woodland Direct to have the party on the shipping address corrected out of concern that the shipment might go awry. The WD representative was very professional and courteous in spite of my being upset about the mistake. I appreciate very much that kind of cool-headedness and wish to convey my respect to your employee. Thanks for the great service!

I felt so fortunate to have an expert patiently walk me through the process and give me sound advice. He didn't try to oversell me - in fact he listened to my measurements and suggested the best size and style. After visiting several places in person - this was by the far the most informative and helpful advice I have received. I talked the order and estimate over with my husband and we called back to purchase several hours later. Instead of having to wait several months working with a local store - we are having the product shipped in a week and installed. Cannot recommend this company and its service and quality high enough.

Had a couple mistakes with part labels from the shipping department, (not their fault, manufacturer mislabeled boxes) but these were handled promptly and ended up with the correct items. This was my first time buying gas logs and I had a number of questions. The team helped me with answers to my concerns and found the right set for our fireplace. Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite folks. Great follow through. Will continue to use.

Would never buy from the again. First of all fireplace insert was delivered with a dent. I could live with that (Since inserting into a wall). It was supposed to be on sale but was charged slight less than full price. Salesman also lied and said it did not come with glass crystal or rock only after paying alot extra for rock only to find out once delivered it did.

Very Happy. I knew what I wanted but I also know that I didn't know anything about direct vent, propane linear fireplaces. So I wanted to make sure everything was right before I ordered and make sure I didn't order the wrong thing. Wasn't looking to make expensive mistakes. My sales rep. Garrett Jamieson was very knowledgeable,helpful, patient and walked me through everything over the phone. Everything arrived quickly and in good condition including all the extras and direct vent materials. . I would recommend Woodland Direct to anybody except maybe someone I didn't like.

I received a fireplace grate that was damaged in transit. I called the service department and they acted immediately by sending me a text that all I had to do was reply with pictures of the item and the next morning I received a notification of a new shipment and instructions for the damaged item and I received the new package 2 days later and all was good !!! Now that s customer service and a company I will deal with again !!!!

This was the 2nd website I ordered from the first didn't have what I wanted plus 20 week waiting.so I looked around and found woodland I called them they were very knowledgeable about there log sets in stock so I got what I wanted just a different log style but no waiting.i had everything in 4 days very fast shipping and packaged very well so we are happy do yourself a favor and go with woodland I also saved a 100.00 dollars compared to other site

Beautiful Looks like the picture. The logs get a bit of dark burning on them that makes it look authentic. Love this product.
