I submitted an order whereby I had one address for...

I submitted an order whereby I had one address for billing and a second address for shipping as well as two different parties for the addresses. The initial order receipt reflected names/addresses correctly, but two subsequent messages showed the same party on both the billing/shipping addresses. Thus, I telephoned Woodland Direct to have the party on the shipping address corrected out of concern that the shipment might go awry. The WD representative was very professional and courteous in spite of my being upset about the mistake. I appreciate very much that kind of cool-headedness and wish to convey my respect to your employee. Thanks for the great service!
