I received a fireplace grate that was damaged in transit. I called the service department and they acted immediately by sending me a text that all I had to do was reply with pictures of the item and the next morning I received a notification of a new shipment and instructions for the damaged item and I received the new package 2 days later and all was good !!! Now that s customer service and a company I will deal with again !!!!
