I am thankful to have been referred to Woodlake Podiatry and Dr. Hanawalt specifically. This was my first visit to a podiatrist and I had a terrible issue with an ingrown toenail. She took care of my issue quickly and professionally.
Best podiatrist I've ever met! Never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. Friendly staff, and just wonderful experience all around. 5 stars!
This is not about the care they could have provided. But they're scheduling policy. I do understand making appointments and keeping them is a crucial part of business but also turning away patients for missing an appointment and telling them to find somewhere else is really bad for business and word-of-mouth advertisement. We are in a day and age where people schedules get so crazy and unexpected that they need to adapt to that. My husband Miss two appointments and one of those times we did call not the 24-hour policy but we did call time ahead to let them know he would not be able to make it in due to his job and after the second time I was told that he could no longer come there if we need to find a new person. I'm sorry this is ridiculous.
Office staff are very friendly. No long waits and Dr. Hanawalt is very pleasant and takes time to discuss issues with me. I have been seen by other podiatrists in the past and Dr. Hanawalt has been the best - by far. Would highly recommend her to anyone!!

The staff was somewhat reluctant and reticent to schedule a clinic visit for toenail trimming. Stating that they weren't sure that it would be covered or not. Despite having been treated for an ingrown toenail at the clinic twice and they have current insurance information on me. They could not guarantee this and told me I could try and come in and "see if" it would be covered... Not going to take a chance but I'd rather get an answer up front thank you anyway
Dr. Hanawalt and her staff are beyond knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Their scheduling is very timely and their wait when you arrive is minimal. Leaving you with satisfied care and tremendous service. Sometimes I am sad I've healed so wonderfully because I miss visiting this office on a regular basis. :)
Dr. Hanawalt is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She's a good listener and offers practical and medical solutions to problems. Her staff is well trained and a pleasure to interact with. I think you can tell a lot about physicians by the way their staff members interact with each other, and Dr. Hanawalt's team appears to be happy to be together.
Dr. Hanawalt is very professional, extremely nice, and diagnosed my issue quickly. In addition, she did not try to sell a bunch of overpriced podiatric related products. Instead, she referred me to places where solutions could be purchased for a reasonable price online.
