Facility was extremely clean with welcoming faces. It was also pet friendly which is extremely Important because I take my French bulldog with me everywhere I go. You wouldn t be standing there for more than 2 minutes without someone asking if you ve been assisted or if they could assist you in anyway. John Mitchell assisted me as soon as I walked into the door. He never left my side and gave me his full attention. He answered every question that I had and made it his job to make sure I was fully happy and satisfied. I ended up purchasing a beautiful car that he showed me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. If you can ask for John Mitchell I can guarantee he ll get you exactly what you want!! I ll be coming back again now that my son is getting his license and purchasing a reliable vehicle from reputable salesmen.

Since I was an infant, Honda of Seekonk, was the place to buy a car with the best customer service. Throughout the years, my father only bought his vehicles from the famous salesman, Dave High. A staple and the face of Honda of Seekonk...We miss him dearly.

Fast forward twenty five years and it was my turn to purchase my own vehicle. Same great service and cars. It took me a few visits to find the right salesman. I was looking for someone who had similar qualities of the late Dave High. One evening, when I went to browse cars, I was introduced to John Mitchell.

Four words: Ask. For. John. Mitchell.

He is the closest guy to Dave High that I could find. Willing and able to do whatever he needed to make another customer happy. The guy spent hours with me helping me sort a few issues I had with my insurance company. Absolutely unheard of. John Mitchell is the real deal. Ask for him and you ll be taken care of.

Herb Chambers Rocks ! My lease was due. They called me, and I went into Herb Chambers at my convenience. Within a couple of hours I drive off with my new Truck. No hassles.. they literally took care of everything. I am the type of person that dreads shopping for any car, but this place, and their salesman made it easy. I got the best deal. they were professional and easy to talk to. Great job !

I have been thinking about side-grading to a small SUV from a car for a couple of weeks and knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. I emailed Herb Chambers in the morning and got a prompt response (phone call) from someone, presumably, in sales and I made an appointment to come see them almost immediately.

I dealt with Ara (Yaghhsizian) when I got there. He was polite and knowledgeable about the whole process and made me feel comfortable by just talking to me about some NBA basketball and other stuff. Car buying can be an arduous and, quite frankly, annoying process. It was less than that. I think I was out of there in 4.5 hours from start to finish. The staff is courteous, paid attention to my needs, and even had the vehicle I wanted ready to go. No up selling of a vehicle, no trying to get me into a lease. Nothing. Right to business. Other sales people could take a cue from Ara. Some times direct and simple is the way to be. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers for anyone and I most definitely recommend Ara. I even walked out of there with a lower insurance rate for me and my wife. Highly, highly recommend!

Tim in service is great! Very professional. He explained everything in detail to me so I can understand, I don t know much about cars.
There is another Honda close to my house but I rather come to this dealer because the environment is welcoming and they make me feel like family.

We had a wonderful experience buying our Cadillac XTS at Herb Chambers is Seekonk! Ara was our salesman and he was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was not pushy, he listened, and made our buying experience seamless! I have already recommended this dealership to our friends and family for when they are in the market for a new vehicle. We live an hour away and will go back when we are looking again, it s worth the drive!

I bought a 2014 Honda Accord with 92k in November 2019. I did my first oil change in Feb '20 & it all went downhill from there. The 3rd party I took it too for an oil change informed me that I had almost no oil in my car. I was not going more than 5k miles in between oil changes, didn't even let it get down to 25% oil life. Just before I went back to Herb in Apr for my next oil change, my oil light flashed & I noticed my car was making a rattling noise. I checked & had NO oil in my car yet again, added a qt. So I asked Herb about it & to check for any leaks. They told me my car just burned a lot of oil - 1 quart for every 1k miles-Which seemed absurd to me. I brought it back in June & asked for an oil consumption test. They refused to do the oil consumption test because they found my valve cover gasket was leaking & "that was the problem." They also said if I got the valve adjustment maintenance done it would "fix" the leak in my valve cover. But they wanted $600 to do the valve adj. I took it to my own mechanic & had it all done for less than $300. I went back to Herb for another oil change, & had them check my mechanics work & they told me I was no longer leaking oil. Well, 1600 miles after that oil change I am completely out of oil again. I let it go for a while just to get the pattern down. Without fail, 1600-1900 miles after an oil change I am out of oil. Like, empty. My oil light doesn't even come on anymore. My engine is misfiring SO bad. I wrote Honda recently & they claimed they knew nothing about oil consumption issues in this vehicle. They suggested I bring it to another dealership for a 2nd opinion, since Herb was unable to find the problem. That dealership also told me they "hadn't heard of any oil consumption issues with my vehicle" They told me the 1st step to finding the problem was to do the oil change & oil consumption test. Funny how Herb didn't want to do this. I was still at 60% oil life when I went in, so I will be going back when I am closer to needing an oil change again. But I recently met someone who is a master mechanic & even HE knew about my vehicles engine oil consumption issues, & he actually printed me a service bulletin FROM HONDA STATING my exact vehicle has oil consumption issues & the solution is to "1st do oil consumption test, then replace oil jets, all of the pistons, pins, rings, & spark plugs" Watch out when dealing with these people, they lie right to your face. Oh & do yourself a favor - don't buy a car with the "Earth Dreams Technology Engine" - it's commonly known as one of the worst engines Honda has ever made. Honda won't help me out at all because the vehicle is "out of warranty" & there are no open recalls for this problem. They won't even waive the diagnostic fee for me. They could care less about their customers who bought a USED car. Don't be like me people - do your research when buying a used Honda. Oh and this is coming from someone who has owned Honda's their entire life & used to swear by them, used to tell everyone & their mothers, 'buy a Honda!' - but after being lied too repeatedly I am no longer a Honda fan, & instead of recommending them I will be warning everyone of their shady antics. My car basically needs a new engine, I'm only 2 years into my 5 year loan on this car & I can't drive without my engine misfiring, which is so rough it feels like it's going to die on me any time.

My family has only been buying cars from Herb chambers of Seekonk. As you all know buying a new car is very scary and with the help of Ara he made that process extremely easy and stress free. Ara took the time to show us different cars that we were interested in. He also would stay late each time we went to the dealership to make sure all our needs were met. We finally decided to purchase a new Honda CRV and Ara and Tom stayed extremely late that night to do all of the paperwork and finance process. By the end of the night we were able to take our new car home. None of this would have been possible without Ara and Tom. Thank you. We truly appreciate all of your hard work. God bless.

I love the people here are so nice. I love it here, they always hook me up. If you come here ask for Cliff, he is the best, he answers any questions you have. He helps you setup your car and walks you through all the features and ensures you know how to operate everything. He is really the sweetest, I have even called him personally he was able to answer abs assist with any issues or concerns I have/had. Herb chambers of Seekonk is the place to GO!!!
