I really enjoyed Alysha Pfeiffer's Restorative Yoga workshop last weekend. She brings so many different skillsets to the table to offer a beautiful, practical, inclusive, accessible and enjoyable practice and training to participants. I enjoyed every minute of this training and plan to find Alysha to attend her virtual restorative yoga classes. Yes, they are really yummy! This workshop is well worth the investment.

Fantastic experience! Staff was very warm and welcoming. After the 2 day Yoga and Mindfulness teacher training, I left feeling confident to share yoga and mindfulness practices with families in our community! And it was fun!

The Prenatal Teaching Training is one-of-a-kind! The program offers an amazing and well-put-together curriculum; friendly and knowledgeable instructor that makes material easy to be understood; and it is very organized. It has truly exceeded my high expectations! I cannot reccomend it enough!

Clean and professional building; knowledgable and friendly staff. I recently attended a training on Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness for Youth, and although I have had other training in this field, I walked away with additional information and practical tools to use in my school or yoga practice.

LOVED the prenatal foundations training and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Megan was wonderful - I especially liked her teaching style. What's more, her care and genuineness was evident from the first day. Our time was used very wisely/efficiently, but nothing felt forced or rushed, and I learned A LOT. Before this training, I was not comfortable teaching women in pregnancy or postpartum, and since, I've felt equipped and confident to teach a good deal of prenatal practices. Even if you are not looking to teach prenatal-specific classes and just need CEU's, this training will give you a great basis for offering modifications to pregnant/postpartum students in general yoga classes, and will help bolster your overall teaching skills.

I recently completed the Advanced Prenatal Training (Module 2) with Megan Ridge Morris, and it was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend it enough! The materials provided are thorough and well-presented, and a great resource to refer to in the future when planning my own classes. Megan is a great teacher, answers questions thoughtfully, and kept the learning moving at a perfect pace. This was my third training with Child Light Yoga, having also completed the Prenatal Foundations as well as Yoga for Teens/Tweens.

I've taken many yoga teacher trainings through ChildLight. They are incredibly informational and experiential. And they are fun too! I highly recommend attending one of their many available teacher trainings.

I took some prenatal yoga classes here and the place was amazing. Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure no one pushed themselves of their babies too hard. I looked forward to going every Monday and will miss the group!

I completed Foundations of Prenatal Yoga teacher training in Louisville, OH at the Zen Den last weekend. Megan s approach to guiding our little group through her comprehensive, mindful and professional program led to rich learning and connection. Megan s skill in building trust cultivated an environment where I felt we could dive deep into the foundations of teaching Prenatal Yoga and where I felt safe asking questions. I clarified misconceptions, practiced teaching, gained new skills and techniques, learned about resources to support me, and found a community of women interested in this topic as much as I am. Because Megan has written a manual to support teachers after they leave the program, I was present with the learning. I didn t feel I had to take notes to remember what I learned. I loved Megan s approach to teaching which allows for appropriate breaks, includes a variety of learning experiences and supports different learning styles. I highly recommend Childlight Education Company s Prenatal Foundations training. This training gives experienced teachers enough background to feel confident offering Prenatal Yoga to mamas following completion of the program
