12 Tribes Resort Casino Reviews

We were planning a post-vaccination road trip to visit this hotel and casino, however, it s become apparent that this establishment could care less about you or having your business. Twice using the hotel s website contact us inquiry (that promises a reply within 72 hours) I asked a simple question as to whether their pool and spa was open. I left both my email address and phone number. ZERO RESPONSE. So, if they cannot answer a simple question would we trust this establishment with cleanliness, food safety, security, etc? Oddly, they are running a series of radio promotions in the Spokane area yet they are ambivalent about receiving your business. I recommend you do what we chose to do and stayed local where there are several high quality casino/hotels THAT ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS. You lost a high-spending customer because you don t care enough to answer your own contact system!

Great Casino Great Location Bring Extra Money and sun screen.

They have great food. Free drinks. Nice bartenders. The hotel is awesome. It has an indoor outdoor hot tub. Live music on the weekends.

We had a premium king suite. The shower didn't work, there was not adequate lighting in the bathroom for hair and make up. Also, there was no hair dryer as advertised. Not only the room, but the entire casino was very cold!
Dining wasn't much better. Food served cool or cold with not alot of flavor.
Did I mention the lack of protocol for Covid?? People without masks everywhere! Machines were dirty with ashes and sticky from who knows what!!
We don't recommend.

The hotel was very nice and clean. My keurig maker was broken was the only drawback. They even had the pool and exercise room open. The casino was nice, but didn't win anything. Another visitor won 20k while we were there. The Tin Biscuit was delicious. Camas I think is what the restaurant is called had really good food, but they didn't have enough servers on a Monday night and led to horrible service. Just a few things to improve upon, but was a very good place to stay overall.

It's a great Casino but is hard to win there. They have great chicken strips and free fountain drinks. Good promotions if your lucky to get picked

Loved the work out room, pool was okay but kids didn't leave at 8 like the said so there was not adult swim and I would have like more then $10 free play for the first time customer. Employees are very friendly and attentive. All and all a good experience....

Beautiful place. Lots of games. Open 24 hours. Bathrooms nice and clean.
Open bar, great food choices. To get a room, make sure to book ahead.

Fun, adult place to spend the weekend. Great food, accomodations, amenities and casino. Happy to have it as an NCW choice for a weekend destination.

The rooms are gorgeous and the shower is incredible, but there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to request them when you rent the room, and there s a limited supply so there s no guarantee you ll get one. This was my 1st time staying at 12 tribes, and the heating coil was broken in the hot tub, so the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. What hotel doesn t supply microwaves? 12 Tribes Doesn t apparently.. So if you order room service, you can t heat it up, or if you bring popcorn or anything else.. you cannot heat it.
