We were planning a post-vaccination road trip to visit this hotel and casino, however, it s become apparent that this establishment could care less about you or having your business. Twice using the hotel s website contact us inquiry (that promises a reply within 72 hours) I asked a simple question as to whether their pool and spa was open. I left both my email address and phone number. ZERO RESPONSE. So, if they cannot answer a simple question would we trust this establishment with cleanliness, food safety, security, etc? Oddly, they are running a series of radio promotions in the Spokane area yet they are ambivalent about receiving your business. I recommend you do what we chose to do and stayed local where there are several high quality casino/hotels THAT ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS. You lost a high-spending customer because you don t care enough to answer your own contact system!
