Lousy organization, they have an app that cannot be used, instead of logging in, they are logging in. Homes are out of date! All they do is collect money!

Since we were in 1st place for the house, the viewing was already 3 weeks later. After that, every month something with the house then mold at the door someone came along in front of it, it was said that there was a cat flap there and that was simply not made properly so that the mold will come back, also they were told that there was too much moisture !!! Then 1 to 2 weeks back someone came again for the mold, damp and fogged windows, it is said there is not too much moisture and you are not ventilating properly. Well sorry we ventilate EVERY day. So it is clearly not up to US. Our sofa was not a moldy sofa by the window for the first 5 months, now the sofa is on the other side of the living room, the sofa is completely moldy !! Woonstad does nothing with this so unacceptable and no understanding unless there is a baby living in poor living conditions. This has to be solved urgently for a long time and every time not taken seriously we are done with this !! If this is not resolved urgently, we will go to court and arrange for compensation. It is also very unfortunate that you are not taken seriously by the employees because you have a young voice and are asked every time about your parents and secondly, very unfortunate that you have to have others call for you so that things are arranged immediately.
