Since we were in 1st place for the house, the viewing was already 3 weeks later. Then the viewing was there, we would receive the keys the following week what we are told that 1 week later after that week keys are not yet received. 2 weeks later finally received the keys. Then 1 to 2 weeks back someone came again for the mold, damp and fogged windows, it is said there is not too much moisture and you are not ventilating properly. Well sorry we ventilate EVERY day. So it is clearly not up to US. Our sofa was not a moldy sofa by the window for the first 5 months, now the sofa is on the other side of the living room, the sofa is completely moldy !! Woonstad does nothing with this so unacceptable and no understanding unless there is a baby living in poor living conditions. This has to be solved urgently for a long time and every time not taken seriously we are done with this !! If this is not resolved urgently, we will go to court and arrange for compensation.
