Terrible experience. Absolutely can t stand Annette Davis. I never got test results back that she said she did over two years ago. I called to make an appointment- left a message- no return call. The worst doctors office EVER.

I have had a good experience with the doctors and the staff so far, but, a lot of improvements should be made. The parking lot has spaces for doctors and handicapped parking but none for expecting mothers. Why is this? I do not enjoy having to walk from 3 or 4 rows back in the rain to get to my appointment. Also, trying to call to change your appointment time, or speak with a staff member if you have any questions or concerns is the most difficult thing I've come across. I don't understand how Norton Suburban doesn't have this issue and they do. All of this has definitely made me contemplate going back to Norton where everything is easier. Hopefully there will be a turn around in this facility for the better of their patients now and in the future.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been going here for close to 20 years and always considered them a fine oiled machine. Wait times are always short and this recent visit was an unexpected but emergent one. They got me in within 3 business days. Due to a lump being found Women diagnostic said 3 weeks for testing. To me this is unacceptable due to cancer running in my family and it was diagnostic versus preventative/annual. They said they would call around to other hospital to see if they can get me in sooner. My anxiety was already high and waiting 3 weeks would have sent me over the edge, that's not including wait time for the results. Enter Lynette, she called around and found me a place in a week. Still for me it was too long. I asked her to put me on a waiting list for any cancelation. Didn't matter when or what time I would stop what I was doing and come. Not even 2 hours later Lynette called and said they had a cancelation for the following day and she immediately thought of me so of course I said yes. Let me back up a bit, womens first sent me across the hall for two orders (mammogram and ultrasound) the tech said they could do the mammogram that day but not the ultrasound (3 weeks) and the radiologist would not look at the mammogram without the ultrasound due to their being a visible lump by touch. Hence the waiting 3 weeks to get then together. This appt occurred last Thursday due to Lynette and how awesome she was I got both done that Friday (within 24 hours). It is now Monday evening and because the radiologist was not in Friday I'm still waiting on my results. This is a terrifying time in any women's life so waiting is just that a scary terrifying waiting moment of what ifs. Hopefully I will get my results tomorrow but it beats 3 weeks and that's all because of Lynette. All the office staff and physicians were kind and empathetic. Something we need more of. I have never experienced the negative reviews listed below before and I'm sorry that happened to you but I've been blessed by some amazing staff. I always try to remember that you get back what you put out. That goes for everyone. Thank you womens first, now hurry up with results. Lol

Prob a great place to take your car for a tune up, but definitely not for any gynecological services. Terrible experience. The only employee that was pleasant and didn't act they hated their life was the MA that took my vitals and H&P (she gets both stars). The ARNP didn't listen, had a terrible condescending bedside manner, and did not seem to care that I was there for help. This is a get them in and get them out and get paid kind of office. To top it off, I had to call them to request my over payment on my account be refunded to me after waiting for a month for them to do it on their own after my insurance paid my bill in full. The billing office employee didn't even say goodbye. She just hung up. Basically talking to my Father in law about my girl issues would have been less humiliation. Don't go here.

I left this place 10 years ago because it was so incredibly impersonal. I could never get through to my doctor or even an employee who had read my file when I had questions. I found a wonderful concierge doctor who is committed to patient relationships and informed care. Unfortunately, I had to return to this office as follow up to a procedure I had over 10 years ago. It is EXACTLY the same. The person who took my vitals had no idea why I was there and asked questions then talked over me when I tried to answer as she stared at her computer. At checkout, I was asked when I wanted to schedule my annual visit since I was re-establishing myself as a patient. I'm so grateful I was able to say that I have a different doctor now. Everything wrong with American health-care is observable in this office.

I never EVER write reviews, but this place was truly horrible. Went for one visit and got charged hundreds of dollars for tests that I didn t need/want/ask for and was in the appointment for 10 minutes at most. The doctor didn t even tell me what she was doing to me in the appointment! None of my questions were answered. They told me to come back in a month for another appointment instead of answering my questions at the time. Don t go here ! Especially if you have real health concerns.

I have done a lot of reflection on if I should post this or not. I am 21 years old and had my first appointment here back in July. To preface, I have a pretty complex and extensive medical history. I went through the whole process of telling the MA my whole medical history, medications, surgeries, my family medical history, I had also mentioned I only had one of my ovaries etc.. The nurse comes in and she thinks I'm trying to get pregnant, and doesn't know I'm on birth control. I was not trying to get pregnant, I can t even have children in the first place; I am also on birth control, it was listed with my other medications. Then Dr. Warren comes in and asks me why I think I have one ovary because it's extremely rare in woman. I stated it's because my other doctor told me I had one after I had an ultrasound and it showed only one, and I have Turner syndrome which is extremely common, Dr. Warren says "oh well that is very likely then "
I feel like they didn t even look at my chart or communicate with one another about my medical history? Thats the only plausible explanation I have. I may be young but I know quality patient care, I've been dealing with doctors for my whole life and this was just a very disappointing experience.

TL;DR: Don t go here if you re medically complex.
