Love this hotel! Beautiful clean rooms, amazing amenities (spa, indoor tennis, pool...), restaurants and a concierge who can organize paragliding within 15 minutes, a private speed boat right away, and knows the best places to visit and eat in the area. Super friendly staff, attention to detail, good food. One of the best places we've stayed.

Stunning hotel (if a little pricey). Deserves every one of its 5 stars (real 5 *). Service is outstanding. Food is top quality. Breakfast selection is top quality. The building is stunning. The pool and Spa are outstanding. Rooms are modern, but with a style that matches the age and design of the hotel. Valet parking. Best position in Interlaken. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

One of the leading grand hotels of Switzerland. It could be considered the center piece of Interlaken. Beautiful building with stately rooms and a great view of the mountains, so it's no wonder that Queen Victoria stayed there to admire the Jungfrau.

The food was unbelieveable ,the service was impeccable...my accommodations were top notch. They will show you the best of everything this city has to offer and more .The most beautiful place I have ever visited. The air is clean and the people are just amazing and wonderful. I will never forget the Victoria Jung Frau it will always be in my heart forever .
