Service team are appalling. Note that all the good reviews on here are about the sales team. After sales/repairs/service are awful. I recommend driving further to go to another BMW dealership. You'll soon see why.

Highly recommend these guys, I live 4 hours away but nothing available in my local area, called these guys as they had the car I wanted, couldn t view car had to trust they were being honest and they were 100%, the car was actually above what I expected.
Grant the sales man I dealt with was very efficient and handled everything over the phone with ease, he even stayed after hours to help me out with collection which shows these guys will go above and beyond. Will definitely buy from these guys again next time.

I've been a Wollaston customer for 17 years, and I've always had good service. My last experience of buying a used car in January 2018 left me feeling happy that I went back to them. The whole process was very smooth; Grant Drage was especially good, finding me the right car, and taking care of all the paperwork in transferring my reg. We discussed what I wanted, and Grant found it for me. The car was in another dealership but it was brought over to Northampton so I could test-drive. I even got a good price for my old car (better than webuyanycar).

Recently bought a new 2 series active from this dealership through Simon Richardson. Fantastic customer service levels and a beautiful car. I walked in very sceptical about what I would be offered (thought a new car would be way out of my price range - let alone a new BMW). Simon was helpful and thorough without being pushy. I got an amazing deal and am so so pleased with my car! The dreary morning commute is now an absolute pleasure. Am so pleased that I entered the dealership last month! Highly recommended! I am a stickler for good customer service and I can not fault this dealership at all - they were fantastic from start to finish.
I phoned them following my car keys being stolen after a house burglary and they were very unsympathetic and didn't make any effort at all to help! I certainly will not be buying a car from them again.

I have had both good and bad experiences with this dealership. The most recent (on a safety recall) was excellent because I was dealt with quickly and sent a short safety video check up on my car which I felt was a great value add - but the previous visits, both for issues with the car covered by my warranty were misdiagnosed and the wrong thing fixed, this was ultimately diagnosed by a local garage.

Terrible customer by the service department. Arranged to drop my car off for some work and collect a curtesy car during my lunch break. Arrived and someone had taken the car. I was told some one had just taken it to fuel and it'll be ten minutes. After waitIng my entire lunch break I left only to see what looked like two managers returning in the car from lunch. The car was also not fuelled and I was late for work. Fair enough if someone makes a mistake but don't bullish!t the customer and treat us like idiots. I also received my car back with every possible, light, radio, nav, seat and steering setting changed. So much so I thought someone must have been having a joke.

I recently needed to use this dealership for some non service work on my Z4.
Not only where the staff very professional, helpful and courteous, the facilities where excellent.
The waiting area is comfortable and well provisioned with free WiFi and power for laptops. Tea, coffe and snacks were also in ready supply.
Overall my experience was a very positive one and I would certainly recommend this dealership. It will certainly make it my primary BMW garage in future

Fantastic service, can not fault this dealer one bit. Grant Drage our salesman listened to what we wanted, found my wife a suitable selection of cars then, worked hid backside off to get us a deal that suited our budget. Nothing was too much for him despite us going backwards and forward. In the end he found us a great car and put together a fantastic deal. No pressured sales tactics, just a really nice personable guy who listens to what his customers want and delivers exactly that. Going one step further, due to the current crisis with Corona, he even went to great lengths to deliver the car to our home address just in case the dealership was forced to close so we would not be left without a car!!! After purchasing my BMW from a non BMW dealer ( yes - regrettably) I am relying on this dealer to rectify some faults that Motorstore Ltd has reneged on. To date my experience with the service staff and technicians have been satisfactory. The test will be to see if, on collection of my vehicle, all faults have been repaired within reasonable cost. Update to follow.
I am hoping to return the vehicle on Tuesday for further investgation.

The Service co-ordinators seem friendly and courteous - which is why they get a generous 1 star.
Previously I have attempted to purchase an approved used vehicle from here, to which my initial enquiry was followed up on, but then ignored thereafter. Attempted again 18 months later, and was shown vehicles that were double my budget.
Servicing is appalling. My vehicle was collected from work as there were "no courtesy cars" available. However, there was a brand new BMW Wollaston registered Mini left in the car park - but no keys left. It sat there all day.
2 hours after taking my vehicle I had a call to say they had found a nail in the tyre and air was leaking - to which I pointed out that the TPMS would have highlighted to me. And I gave my vehicle an inspection before I handed it over to them - there was certainly no nail in the tyre then.
I can wholeheartedly 100% NOT recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to enjoy their car. Seriously, any other BMW dealership will be better than Wollaston.
But again, the service coordinators seemed friendly - thus the single star. The rest of the dealership and the way they handle themselves. An absolute joke.
Purchased my vehicle here last month and cannot say one negative thing! From the moment I saw the car I wanted on the website to this day Simon Richardson was and is a huge help! Being from London it was difficult for me to see the car before I purchased it, understanding this Simon sent me videos and pictures of the car showing me every inch of it. Simon kept in touch regularly to keep me updated on the progress of my purchase and when I finally did manage to go up to Northampton to pick the car up he looked after us and made sure everything ran smoothly. We have had several new BMW's recently following a string of new Audi's...I have always tried very hard from the outset to buy these BMW's from either Woolaston or one other local BMW dealership however usually Woolaston either failed to get back to me or were extremely slow on several occasions or their offered deals felt very half hearted or have always fallen well short of what other dealers were offering and now i have almost given up any hope of buying a new BMW from them in the future and I don't make much effort with them anymore.......but now they seem to act quite cold and bitterly towards me presumably because i frequently pop in whilst passing every month or two and grab a coffee and have a look round to get inspiration for our next new BMW.........one sales guy in particular has been especially rude and nasty and has challenged me quite aggressively several times in the showroom since we bought our first BMW from another dealership although im assuming this is a personal problem he has as i had the identical experience with him years ago when he worked for a local Renault dealership although i would have expected better at a BMW dealership.......I feel that Woolaston are rather arrogant or complacent and need to learn there are lots of other BMW dealers out there within a short distance and that you cant win them all but that you have to keep trying to earn a customers respect if you want his business, especially when trying to sell capital goods such as premium brand cars......,perhaps it would be a real eye opener for them if they were to see how hard it is out here in the real world of " industrial sales" where you actually have to get off your fat backsides and go out and find your customers and fight for their business against tough competition rather then just sitting in a flash showroom all day waiting for customers to come through the front door and sign an order form !!
Great experience in Wollaston having bought several approved used BMWs before from different dealers over the years. Grant Drage sorted everything out and helped me organise road tax. He had all the documents ready and the entire experience was super fast. Car was in an amazing condition and we are very happy.

Dire service! Ordered a car part yesterday and went in this afternoon to collect it. I was stood at the parts desk waiting to be served. Staff members just walked past without offering any help. You couldn't miss me as I was wearing a bright pink jacket. Terrible service! Got fed up waiting so I left without the part. BMW, you get one star because I managed to get through the front door without any problems. You really need to do better...

Fantastic service from start to finish. Couldn't do enough to help, a lift to the train station and phone calls to update on how the car was doing and when it would be ready. Services advisors were friendly and happy to help answer any questions. The dealer also observed my request to not wash the car, I couldn't be happier. I travel past two other BMW dealers to use Wollaston and I will be back again soon!
Fantastic service from the service department especially Kelly masters we called in on the way back from Luton airport our bmw was making a strange engine noise this noise was present since being serviced by another bmw garage locally to us Kelly arranged for a technician to take a drive to listen to the noise and confirmed that the noise was coming from a poorly fitted turbo pipe by knights bmw stafford (not happy at all with there sub standard service ) Kelly managed to get our car into the workshop at short notice and fix the problem couldn't be happier wish this garage was closer so we could use there service
I recently ordered my new BMW 320 GT MSport through Wollaston BMW. As this was a company car I had a couple of garages recommended to contact for assistance with choosing a car.
Initially, I went to the 'local' BMW garage (as it was convenient) to find that I was given brochures and completely left alone by the corporate manager to 'have a look'. I felt like I wasn't a valued customer or future customer.
I was then put in contact to Ross Kilroy from Wollaston who was genuinely so happy to help. We spoke on the phone a couple of times and he sent me through some drawn up specs via email. We then agreed a day to come and test drive a very similar model. Ross was so very helpful throughout the process and a really nice chap.
When I ordered the car through my fleet team, I had advised of my positive experience with Ross and negative with the other dealership. Fortunately the order was placed through Ross. An initial lead time of 14 weeks was advised as per guidelines but a 9 week build was actually allocated which was amazing!
A few weeks later I got a call to advise some really good news that the car was going to come even earlier giving a 7 week build from start to finish, Ross was even kind enough to let me pick the car up earlier due to my temp car costing me so much in fuel!
On the day of pick up, Ross advised me that the car hadn't actually come in until late the night before but was adamant that he wanted to make sure I had it that morning and the technicians produced a record turnaround meaning I was able to drive away that morning still.
I cannot describe how happy I am with the service I received and I will certainly be recommending Ross and the team to anybody looking for a new car.

It could of been alot better . Took car in for recall. So thought I'd get it serviced to.
It took 8 hours to do the job . As they need to change the manifold. No reason why . Was it faulty or did they break it.
The video was very good to show inspection. That's why I gave 2 stars .
I explained I needed car back to pick boys up from school.
They said this would be a problem.
Unfortunately i didn't get car back till 5.30 pm after dropping car of at 8am .
They could of texted me and let me know what was going on and car wouldn't be ready. I could of kept hire car and picked up my car next day and all be happy .
But no . So i had to pay someone to put boys in after school club .
They did say sorry . Sorry isn't what you want to here ..
I'll think twice before taking my car back ..

Bodyshop team provides consistently excellent service and great at keeping their customers updated. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my BMW.
This is the first and last time that I will use this BMW dealership.
Normally I will use north oxford which is my local BMW dealership which always looks smart and is professional which you would expect from BMW but because they could not fit me in I had to use Wollaston.
From the moment I walked in I was not impressed. I expect to see professional and smart staff not people that look like they were down the pub in jeans and t shirts.
On the whole I do not recommend this dealership as I would expect more from a cheap back street garage than this BMW dealership. I have used many BMW dealerships and they are giving the brand a bad name.
Failed MOT when should have passed, why???
Took my 6 series for its first MOT to this dealer, they failed it on a small cut to tyre and obviously suggested I paid many 100s of pounds for a new one. The cut was very small (15mm) and no cords were showing, so next day took it to another dealer and showed them the cut and explained that Wollaston had failed it because of the cut, however, they said the tyre was legal as cut was less than 25mm so passed it with no issues. So why did Wollaston BMW fail it, to make a sale on a very expensive new tyre, or through incompetence? No idea, but wouldn't surprise me if the MOT guys are on some sort of 'unofficial' bonus! My advice, don't risk your hard earnt cash, take your car to an independent garage.

It was a truly positive experience dealing with Wollaston BMW Northampton.
Ed Boje is such a relaxed salesman, does not push you into something you do not need and although we were looking at completely different car to start with (which was wrong for us), Ed was really patient with us and given us space to realise that we were indeed looking at the wrong car!!
Entire process was really casual and Ed was always there to help whenever we needed to clarify something. At the end he got us an AMAZING deal on M140i Shadow Edition and we love our car to bits :)

This was all made possible by receiving a fantastic service from Grant Drage. Grant provided a top service and was extremely patient whilst I was bombarding him with questions etc. Grant always responded when he said he would and cancelled last minute holiday to ensure he could hand the vehicle over to me personally. All of which he didn't have to do. An asset to BMW and credit to Grant for delivering the top service.
I found the car that I wanted on the Used Aproved BMW site and contacted the dealership. I dealth with Grant throughout the purchase process and he was a pleasure to deal with, being straight forward, honest and efficient.
