Definitely recommend. Charlotte was lovely and helped me pick my dream car. I didn't feel pressured at all and I am really looking forward to picking it up.

Worst breakfast I've ever had! Eggs were hard and bacon was like leather and both were like warm.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Just picked up my 3rd new Mini from Wollaston. Andrew Woodhouse was fantastic helping me to choose the right model to suit my lifestyle and my budget, he also recommended a couple of finishing touches to make my Mini unique. Had a great experience at Wollaston mini from the get go. Firstly they sent me a personalised video of the mini i was interested in and secondly once I was at the dealer there was not a pushy sales attitude. I was able to take my time looking at the cars and was able to test drive all without being asked if i was buying today. I went there with my son who test drive an i8. I spent over half an hour wandering round the show room and was completely ignored by the staff there. This has happened before when I was aiming to buy one of their motorcycles....I bought a Honda! Ignorant, I call it.

I am very very happy with the service I received from all at Wollaston MINI. Nathan Buckley approached me while I was still in my 4 year agreement and asked if he could temp me with a new car as there was a "loyalty discount" that I was entitled to, as I was an existing customer. I thought, why not as I had nothing to loose?!

Nathan didn't just ask me what I wanted with my new car, but he asked me about my lifestyle and my job, which he then explained and suggested the comfort and nav pack. I went for the new Enigmatic Black paint which is AMAZING . Nathan is not the typical salesman that is usually pushy like I've come across elsewhere.

He came back quickly and over the space of a few hours (as this was over email) we had a deal agreed and my new dream car was on its way !

To sign the paperwork and check over my order I went into the dealership where I met the rest of the team. Darren Kench the sales manager greeted me with a massive warming smile. Kevin Gibbs who is the finance manager was also on hand with his calculator attached to his hip to help answer the millions of questions I had.

The atmosphere in MINI is very laid back and friendly orientated, they're there to HELP you, rather than the typical sales, pitch , pushiness you get in other places.

I cannot express how much I love my MINI and its now my second one. MINI is such a reliable car compared to other cars I've had, the colourful interior lights give it a fun feeling but alongside, it is comfortable and has all the new technology you need.
Hopefully in 2023 there will be another loyalty sales event I will want to get involved in again.

Good customer service, deal done over the phone but Freddie was extremely helpful in answering questions and sending video of the car. Collection of the car was done quickly and smoothly, Gareth was professional and helpful, would recommend Wollaston mini.

Purchased my Mini JCW around a year ago. The car itself is superb however the service from the garage i have received has been poor. On picking up my mini i was made aware that a stone had chipped the windscreen. Instead of phoning me to tell me this they waited till i drove 30 mile to collect the car so had no choice really to drive away with it. Was simply told to claim on my own insurance as i had free windscreen cover. I still have 1 service plan left on car however because i knocked my oil service light off myself they will now not service the car, claiming i could have taken it to another garage. I was not willing to travel this distance for a simple oil change (60 mile round trip). I was going to just get the whole lot serviced when brought in for its MOT this month. I have also had to argue at one point to have a repair done under warranty (Which was a warranty issue with replacing window motor). It finally was done under warranty but it took nearly a week of complaining.

All in all cant complain about the car itself however poor from a customer service point of view. Purchased from a main dealer in the hope of better aftercare but this has simply not been the case.

Purchased a Mini Cooper today from Andrew Woodhouse. He was fantastic, amazing service. Can t wait to pick up my Mini! Thanks for all the help.

Laurence Hayward - sales person at Wooleston Mini is second to none! Absolute asset to the team at Wooleston. Made me feel like I was the only customer in the showroom. My partner had purchased a mini for me, surprise for my birthday I had no idea. Lawrence listened and took note of exactly what I wanted - the spec, the colour, the price - everything! I really have to say Lawrence made my experience buying a mini the best ever, from enquiry to payment to driving away!

Went into Wollaston to choose a nearly-new countryman for my mum, however, once there we ended up buying a brand new clubman and countryman!! Charlotte Fiume helped us from the beginning, she was brilliant!!! All the way to delivery she was friendly, extremely helpful and was determined to help my mum (not so techno-savvy) learn the cars extensive features.

At the selection stage Charlotte was very informative on which items to include without bumping the price up too high! And she explained all the available add-ons in a very comprehensive manner - so we knew exactly what we are buying and whether we needed or not. There was NO pushy sales technique at all from Charlotte.

My 3 year old nephew went in with us to choose the colour for nanny, on the day Charlotte had a juice and cookie ready for his arrival! No doubt my nephew was also served a brilliant service!

Whilst looking to purchase a second hand Mini I approached Wollaston branch and was immediately happy with the customer service. As I began to look around outside, I was approached by one of the managers; Darren. He was very welcoming, polite and happy to help. Upon asking further questions he asked one of his colleagues; Gareth, to help.

Again, the customer service from Gareth was outstanding and this continued through to the point of a successful sale and a very happy customer!

A great team. No matter how they were challenged they stood up to the test. Gareth the sales chap was very helpful. They were very patient. Collected my new mini yesterday and am very impressed, not only with the car, it's lovely, but also with the service we recieved.

I really couldn't have met a better sales man. In fact even though he sold me the car his attitude is anything but a sales man. I recently picked up my Mini Cooper from Wollaston Mini; to say that I have been absolutely impressed with both the car and the service I received would be a vast understatement.

With regard to the car itself... I had originally intended to test-drive a few cars (the Mini being the first), but after a few minutes driving the Mini, I really didn't want to continue my search. It's a beautiful car to drive and I am incredibly happy with it..

The service I received - from Lawrence Hayward - was second-to-none. He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. At the same time, there was absolutely no pushy sales talk whatsoever; he simply laid out all the options in front of me, so that I could make the best choice. Additionally, I asked for a few things to be done to the car before I picked it up and he facilitated this with no fuss. In fact the car was ready for collection a day before it was due to be! I can't thank him enough for his assistance and as I said to him at the time, he made the whole transaction completely painless. From first enquiry to purchasing our car, as well as the after sales care, the service provided by Wollaston MINI has been exceptional. The team (especially Charlotte F) have been professional and friendly at all times with nothing being too much trouble. Their approach has not been pushy and we have been kept up to date at all times. This has been by far the best car purchase experience we have ever had.

Whenever I go there, there's lots of people walking around but not actually doing anything. I was spoken to at the parts counter who said she would get someone to help. It took 10 minutes for someone to come from out the back. Not a good first impression on my first visit
It wasn't any better when I went back to collect my order, in fact I've taken another star off as there was no improvement at all.
Noone at the desk, the same wait for someone to appear, and still loads of people wandering around probably with the same bits of paper in their hands..
I've dropped another star because I'd like to have given them the benefit of the doubt after my first visiti as we all have off days but no, my second visit was exactly the same, so this is how it is.
Disappointing overall.

Cannot thank Lawrence at Mini Northampton enough for his exemplary service. It is refreshing to sit with a car salesman who listens to what you want and delivers it, rather than trying to flog what they need to get rid of. Just got my MINI serviced, lovely service team, the bill came to less than I expected and I got a lovely (Free) lunch whilst I waited in the biker cafe in their adjoining Motorrad showroom. Can't recommend them highly enough, they even did a great job valeting it.

Purchased my Mini GT from them. Delay in the gold stripes being fitted, worth the wait though. A faulty back boot handle replaced under warranty was easily rectified in a morning. Gareth very professional and helpful with all my questions, and the advice he gave was useful. Friendly staff and will use them again. This was the 2 nd car purchased from them. 1st was a mini cooper. "Minis are a way of life".

Great lad in service department help me when the oil filler didn't come with washer and sump plug thanks

I've been so disappointed with my recent dealings with Wollaston Mini. I own two Minis, both purchased from Wollaston with the newest just over a year old. In the Summer I wanted to exchange my JCW Countryman for a new Countryman, probably the PHEV. By chance, I received a marketing email from them and I called them the same day and spoke to the sales manager. He said he was going on holiday the next day but he'd pass on my details to someone else to call me. Nobody ever did - and they have all my contact details. More recently, I had another telemarketing call from them and I explained what happened before, the chap I spoke to was apologetic and promised his manager would call me to apologise too - he didn't. A week later yet another telemarketing call and there was no recollection whatsoever that we'd even spoken, even though it was the same chap. I asked to be removed from their telemarketing list but I see I just missed another call from them. Coupled with all this, I can't get my newer car serviced there in less than three weeks because they are so busy. My wife and I love our Minis, but if their dealers can't sell cars, and can't service them in a reasonable time frame either, I wonder whether buying another would be a bad mistake.

Recently bought a mini cooper and dealt with Andy Payne who specified the exact mini that I wanted and made the whole process a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Wollaston and will be back in a few years for the next one!

Well what do I say big brand company do have staff to answer calls. 3days I called for service department and no answer. Come on mini stop being greedy and employ more staff to answer calls so you get more business. Shame on you...
