I managed to commit to buy a car on a Thursday and collect on a Saturday without even having to step through the door of the BMW garage. This was all made possible by receiving a fantastic service from Grant Drage. Grant provided a top service and was extremely patient whilst I was bombarding him with questions etc. Grant always responded when he said he would and cancelled last minute holiday to ensure he could hand the vehicle over to me personally. All of which he didn't have to do. An asset to BMW and credit to Grant for delivering the top service.
