Wolgemuth Feeds Review

The auctioneers are great. The people are all very kind. I usually can get some great steals. The only thing that I don't like, is that they don't put many pictures on auction zip. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Wolgemuth.

This is an awesome auction site. I go there often for building materials and supplies. There are often many unexpected treasure one can find there too. You really should give them a try!

Watch out!! It is NOT the same auction as it was some years ago! Fake bidders and stand ins, plus newbies, are causing inflated prices, at retail and higher at times and simply not good. Odd lots small left over stuff can go at reasonable prices, but .... I miss the time before they needed armed security and when it was ran honestly.

Bidding prices are higher than new, at store cost LATELY...I really enjoyed this place & the savings in the past but New Yorkers & other out of towners have really been driving the price over actual cost.

Bought item via online auction, jacked up Internet commission when I came to pickup item. Poor

Not the place for novices to start auctioning. this is an open air auction where you move form vendor to vendor. It is fast paced and there are several auctions going on at the same time. You had better have a plan in order to not miss out on items you wish to bid on. At the end of the auction it is a nightmare getting out of the site. the staff is efficient at clearing you out of the gate but with everyone driving in to pick up their large item bargains it is chaos. Not organized chaos just chaos. Be prepared to be in a backlog of traffic all trying to make it to the gate after paying for their booty!

My Family has been coming here for 5 generations, from Schuylkill County, PA. When this place was called Davy Goods Auction I could remember how much fun it was to see everything !! I just wanted to send a note to thank all of you for the wonderful job you do at every auction. Prices can be very good. It is run to make life difficult. If two auctioneers can be next to each other they will sell over each other. The lot turn into one big traffic jam taking over an hour to get out of. They often start and stop selling randomly.

Jordan is one of the best auctioneers I have ever dealt with. When you take items to him, he actually cares enough to go through them and organizes them so that they are presented in the best way for you to get the most money. Most auctions will just leave everything in the boxes. He goes the extra mile and takes incredible pictures and creates awesome displays for people to see. If you want to get the most for your stuff, see these people.

Lady was very rude when I called. I asked a few questions and she was clueless, way to run a business

I ve only been to the Black Friday auction and discovered it s a great and fun auction to go to. LOTS of stuff and I usually come away from it feeling like I ve got some good deals. I ve only been to it twice but it s gonna become my Black Friday shopping place. I admit the first time I was there it was almost overwhelming because of the crowds and multiple auctioneers but it doesn t get boring like some auctions when you re just waiting for the items you want. I ll just rotate between the auctioneers or go buy some good food. Sometimes I think the buyer should be very happy and other times the seller should be. I ve missed stuff to because of the multiple auctioneers or it suddenly started moving faster than expected but that s not the auctions fault. After all an auction is an auction. If you re not there or you quit bidding you don t get the item. That s life not the fault of the auctioneers or the auction. I like that they have load checks and security at the gate. The auction is huge and it just helps to keep things from being stolen. I know of cases at other auctions (not Wolgelmuth) where buyers have had their pile of bargains looted sometimes it s innocently but other cases are maliciously because the winner out bid someone or the other party wasn t paying attention and lost a deal. I m glad wolgelmuth cares enough about thier buyers and auction that they are willing to try and stop that kind of thing and put security and load checks at thier gate.
They do have a problem with traffic bottlenecking at the gate after the sale but I don t have any solution or suggestion to how to eliminate it so I won t be to critical of that. When I leave I say, Hey I had a great day and I ll go home as soon as I can get out of here and I ll be back for the next Black Friday sale!

Super humongous place to get all your building supplies at auction prices they probably have 4 or 5 auctioneers going at one time. Can get a bit overwhelming because of the vastness of the place.

We have gotten many great items at good prices here over the years. However, only giving 3 stars because the lady that worked in the office a while ago when we came later in the day to pick up our item was very unhelpful and rude.

The worst auction I know or ever knew if the clique there and the owner doesn't like it for no reason They mistreat you and Jordan will publicly berate you in front of the whole group if you do anything his insane mind seems not ok. I wish the worst to him.
Many witnesses to his mistreatmen . He thinks hes a God.
