I called (at 11 a.m.) and set up an appointment for one o'clock the same day. I told the lady who answered (Janet) I was looking for a new bathroom vanity and top. I asked if someone would be there at 1 o'clock to help me. She said yes. When I got there, The gentleman that came out to help me said " I can't really help you, the people that can help you aren't here today". Well, wth!! Can he give me prices? No. "You'd have to meet with someone, decide what you want, then they have to figure out the price." Isn't that what I came for?? Isn't that what I asked for when I called? Why did you waste my time when I called for a 1:00 appt.??? No deal.
