Love this place for exercising. Dustin is a great chiropractor.You just have to get a massage from Meghan .Has everything you might need .

Always had a very good experience with fitness area and massage . The workers are very friendly know you by name.

I just joined staff is very helpful the facilities are clean there is a lot of choices for exercise and weight training.

I like the classes that are included in with the price of membership. The weight room is kept in order as are the treadmills and other machines. The mens locker room needs some new lighting but it is still in good condition

Great gym been there since 2005 and the staff are friendly and helpful and the owner Dustin is a great guy he'll help you with anything

They have the best group fitness classes and instructors in the area and they are the only ones who offer childcare while you workout. Since the new owners have taken over, the gym has been improving and its very clean compared to other gyms that I have been to!

I love this gym since there are staff present at all times, instead of being given a key and going when no one can help you if there's any issue. Friendly staff, with a "daycare" to watch kids which is nice. Good assortment of equipment & classes. Chiropractor & massage therapist there are great too! Clean facility. Would recommend, especially if you're looking to avoid the big name corporation gyms--you get what you pay for!!

Great gym, great environment. Lots of free weight and equipment to get your workouts done.
