I first brought my car in December 2019 to Matt, the serviced advisor at the time, with the complaint of a dull rattle in the front suspension, when driving over unevenness or potholes. No remedy was found, but I then wanted to get an alignment done. It took 4 visits to finally get it accomplished, since it was found your alignment instruments were faulty. In the process, the air suspension was totally out of norm, which made the car jump sideways going over road problems. That was finally fixed by taking the car to an outside firm for alignment.
What has never been repaired is the original problem of the front end suspension, when driving over a road problem, when the DULL RATTLE occurs, With a tight suspension, there would be a thud, but not successive thuds. To me, it means there might be a problem with front air cylinders. When I brought my car to Matt, I had less then 60 000 miles.

Buying a car was a great experience! I was looking at a pre owned Lexus but decided to buy a brand new Hyundai Velostar after I saw it! I absolutely love the new car!! My sales person was Lynn. He was fantastic and made the whole experience so easy! He is also very knowledgeable about all of the cars there not just the new ones. Everyone was great. Rachel was very nice, the sales manager Kennieth was wonderful and Deniece the finance manager was fantastic also! I made sure they had my number, so they wouldn't call my husband at work, but they did. When I returned to pick up my car, the paperwork was not complete so I couldn't check out. After locating the paperwork, no one could tell me where my car was. I had to wait for a young lady (who's job is was not) to locate my car. It seems there's always something, each time I have my car serviced.
Decent service but very disappointed my car was not detailed as I was told. After spending hundreds of dollars and waiting hours, I was really looking forward to that perk.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past you would think they would work a little harder to make a repeat customer happy. Was looking for a jeep also wanted some larger tires and rims added with a lift kit....willing to pay the extra price but they were not interested in doing this the way I wanted. I feel like they would rather flip a car as quickly as they can to make a buck...... but return customers are hard to find and they just lost one. In the end it worked out for me anyway found the perfect jeep for me at a different dealership with tons of options.

I had a good experience here on 4 occasions. Most recently, the sales associate Shannon Bland helped me find a replacement for my Jeep Wrangler. She did a great job of helping us look at different options, but never pressured the sale; it was a really enjoyable experience, so far as car-buying can be. We will return here for future car needs.

I can in to repair a recall part. While I was here Mr. Church told me about other recommended services as well as completed a point inspection letting me know what my vehicle needed. He was able to answer all my questions and get all my needed repairs done the same day. 5/5 for convenience and customer service!
Great service and great people. Fantastic communication as they keep you in the loop with text massaging. Starbuck cofee machine is a definite plus.
But the most services are expensive. They might suggest services you really don't need. For example, I changed my vipers yesterday, didn't even use them because it was not raining. They suggested to replace those today, means they really haven't check those. Just to be sure I tested them and they are working just fine. So think twice when they suggest a service.
Jay Mann in the service department is AWESOME! My brand new car had a major issue and he was very helpful when I was stressed out, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Jay.

Stopped here to sell our vehicle. A Toyota Tundra. We were filling out the paperwork for transfer. Woman helping us told us we would receive a check that day. After everything was completed. She informed us that we wouldn't receive a check that day. I walked into the Sales Managers office. I had him sign paperwork saying that we would be paid Monday. 4/24/2017. They still have not paid us. They have our truck and title. I called Hyundai corporate to report the incident. The best most honest service, was the self serve coffee machine.

And doung the like 30pt under hood inspection was awesome..I truly though yhey forgot til I went on trip..and ckd all..and everything was topped off..thanks guys!! And wonderful lady that kept me updated constantly..got me ride hm..since part had to be fedex..then got me ride bk!! To get car..never had that before..and for single woman..it was great!

An excellent experience. This was my first time car buying and I was warned by other people about how pushy both salesman and finance people would be. This was not the case! My salesman Joe was knowledgeable, nice, patient, and made sure I got a good deal. The finance manager Denise was helpful and worked with me patiently to get the right payments. Not to mention the Tucson is amazing!

If you're looking for the Red Carpet, VIP experience definitely go to Wolfchase Hyundai and I highly recommend Shannon Bland as your sales agent!! She made my car buying experience absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the service quality of the entire Wolfchase Hyundai staff, I purchased 2 cars! I purchased my first car there and the level of professionalism they displayed brought me back to purchase 2 more cars! I am so pleased with my car purchases, that I definitely plan on returning to purchase my daughter her first car!
They tried to double charge us; we had to go back up there to get the extra fees taken off. When they charged the second time, they charged more than what was listed on the window sticker for what was included. We were looking at the car we knew we wanted, but they wouldn't let us keep looking at it and only let us look at two other cars(one that was no better than the car we were trying to upgrade from and the other was one they had used as a loaner car so it already had almost 5,000 miles on it but it had enough power to be practical for driving in stop and go). Feeling obligated to get the loaner, since it was made to seem like the only option, we ended up with that. It was asked if they would take the wolfchase sticker off, but instead of using a pressure washer or a heat gun, they used a razor blade, taking chunks out of the paint. They did have the entire trunk repainted, covered by the department that ruined it. They had the car for 3-4 days and gave us a brand new car to use as a loaner until ours was fixed. The car had about 9 miles and was the exact car we initially were trying to get, but it seemed the salesman wouldn't let us get(whenever we'd try to go to it she would bring us back to one of the other two). It was kind of like a punch to the face. The one we got was bigger and a tad harder to drive because of that, and the middle console in the back that pulled down to reveal cupholders was nasty (we hadn't checked it till after we got it back) and the car had probably around 300-500 more miles on it when we got it back(We called, but they wouldn't get back to us about these mystery miles, letting it go to voicemail.). It is too late to back out, since the papers were signed at the beginning of the process after the car was introduced, but this is definitely the last car will will be getting from this dealership. Hyundais are reliable cars and rather nice, but we shall be going to Gosset from now on for Hyundais. This dealership used to be great.
I believe Wolfchase Hyundai is a great place to buy a new, or used car. I just purchased a new Sonata and I was very happy with all of the staff who helped. Joe Wilder sold me my last Hyundai and I came back to him for this one too; he is truly great to work with. His management and sales support staff are also great, making me feel I was given straight talk throughout the process. I was very pleased with their process and will look to buy from them again. I fully recommend Wolfchase Hyundai for your next car.

Bought a used 2015 Tahoe. Few months go by starts driving a bit strange, and it s oil change time so I take it to my guy, my mechanic I ve known awhile asks who else has been under the hood. I tell him, since I ve owned it none. He said that part of the engine was clean, and appeared to have been doctored. That a spark plug blew and the piston was striking the cylinder. It looked like it was bandaged up previously. When i called Wolfchase they smiled, and told me it was all my fault that I saw and test drove the vehicle. I guess I ll become a certified mechanic before I buy my next one? Look out guys. They re playing a dirty game.
