My car buying experience with Wolfchase Hyundai was excellent. Every person that I encountered wore a smile and the customer service was beyond impeccable. My salesman, Mr. Rico Brown, was the best. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail throughout my entire process. He ensured that every question and concern was addressed and that I was comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure and it was actually a fun experience! Since my purchase, I have been recommending everyone that I encounter to Rico Brown. I want everyone to experience the great car buying experience that I did.

First Off I am sorry for the review left by my wife Khristine Jones as she is the name the cars are in. She was not in today and felt put up on.

Now I Francis Jones was in to day and received Excellent Service on my 2016 Veloseter . I did not have an appointment bur the service dept. took great care of me. while I was there I tried to purchase a new car but was unable to come to terms.

Most the time when you go to dealers you feel your getting charged more. I was very surprised that I got an Oil Change, Tires Rotated, a wiring issue corrected, and a part ordered for $77.00 . I live in Munford north of Millington. Dealership is in Wolfchase Area. I would have no problem coming back if I am in the area.

It s always a problem at this location! Maybe, you will have a pleasant time buying a car here, but getting your car serviced here is the worst experience!!!

1st visit I had horrible customer service, I wasn t even greeted, came for an oil change and waited three hours. The waiting room was not full

2nd visit I came to get an oil change, and I waited 2 hours, because that s just the normal wait time here, and a week later all my oil leaked out of my car and locked my engine!!!! They did fix the problem, but I had a recall on my car so it basically didn t matter for them.

3rd visit I pull up at 9:30am a hour after they open, and was asked if I made an appointment. I m getting an oil change only, but I have to have an appointment or the wait will be 3 hours due to another recall. It s a oil change it s takes literally 30mins. I will gladly drive to Olive branch for my service going forward.

He said it would add additional 30 minutes to my wait time. I told him I had an appointment and he worked his magic and had me out in record time.

TJ Jones was our main salesman and he has done his best to get us good deals and good cars. The managers and finance managers are great to work with, too.

On May 8, 2020 I purchased a preowned Ford Expedition EL from "TJ" Jones via the phone/internet. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. We drove in from Arkansas. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready and prepped. The gas tank was full and a safety inspection had been completed. Upon checking the oil it was obvious that it had been recently changed and the tires looked new. It was obvious to me that the vehicle had been checked and serviced. I did note that the back wiper looked a bit old to me and TJ had service replace it immediately. I had arranged my own financing so the paperwork was completed within minutes and I was on my way. The gentleman in the business office was so pleasant. Upon my exit the sales manager greeted me at my vehicle and thanked me for my business. Everyone at the dealership was so professional and helpful. This is what a buying experience should always be like! Thank you to everyone in each department; Sales, Service and Finance!

Been communicating since December 2019 allowed them to perform a credit check was told i needed a bigger down payment of 2-3 grand. I come with the cash.. Now i cant get anything. Used car too much mileage and they dont want to give me a new car. But of course ran my credit AGAIN when i could have just been told no the first time 2 months ago. Thanks for wasting my time.

Couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a car. Lynn was AWESOME, he sold me my first car and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This dude is patient, chill, not pushy in the least, and really just breaks everything down for you. Paul was great, amd did a fantastic job taking care of the cars! and Mark was also very patient and made the final steps to purchasing the vehicle go snoothly. So if you are looking for a car whether its your first time buying or your hundredth (hopefully not) this dealership will take care of you.

Wow. The service department had my car from 7:30 ...

Wow. The service department had my car from 7:30 am until 4 PM when they finally texted me that they had completed the work. Got there to pick up my car at 430 and nope. They did the recall items that I had not brought the car in for service and "overlooked" the order to fix the automatic door locks. When I asked to talk to the service manager I was informed there was no manager there at 430 in the afternoon. No manager and work not done....

I came in today for an oil change. I called yesterday and set up an appointment at 10am for today, but unfortunately when I got there was no record of my appointment. My service advisor Kenny was awesome about it though, got my information quickly and even though my appointment wasn t in the system, they still got me out of there in a timely manner. His customer service was excellent, very kind man who literally walked me through each step of the process, as in to the service waiting area, to the cashier and then to my car haha. When I got there, the garage door said to pull forward, in which when you do the door opens up and you are greeted. Waiting area was nice and comfy, had coffee, tea and a vending machine. I really appreciated the couple of desks they had as well, i brought some work with me and was able to get it done while waiting. One of the best Hyundai s I ve been to.

I just had our 30,000 mile service for our Genesis...

I just had our 30,000 mile service for our Genesis so it was a little more extensive than my regular oil & filter change. But, everything that was done was accomplished quickly and perfectly. The quality of workmanship at Wolfchase Hyundai is second to none and always accomplished to perfection. I can honestly say that every service that they have performed for me over the past 8-9 years has been excellent, accomplished quickly and I've never had any complaints or had to return for redoing something. I highly recommend the Wolfchase Hyundai service department as well as the entire dealership for all automotive needs.

Salesman was great and easy to work with, but there was a big difference in the online price and what they arrived at when we started talking hard numbers. They advertised that they would give $1000 over the value of your trade...allowed $500 for a 2012 Taurus in fair condition.....what happed to the $1000 over trade value?? Once again, salesman was great, but as usual in many dealerships, the numbers guys will do their best to rip you off. Buyer beware! Do your homework before showing up!!

So my multiple interactions with service has been ...

So my multiple interactions with service has been amenable. I do believe they have tried to resolve the issue, which I have agreed with on occasion, but the problem is still not resolved. They opened a Hyundai tech service after my first couple trips but I believe even Hyundai motor doesn't know what to do because service is/has to follow their instructions. Ultimately my problem doesn't like with Wolfchase Hyundai, more so with my first experience ever owning a Hyundai after previously owning 8 imports from different car companies and all with a manual transmission. Here's my situation........
The clutch pedal initially started losing pressure, very low pedal clutch engagement, and ultimately got stuck to the floor and couldn't engage the car into gear any longer around March. Had vehicle towed to Wolfchase Hyundai and now after a total of 7 trips to said dealership for the same problem, vehicle is still not right and the clutch pedal still has to pressed more than half way down to engage and I'm changing gears with my foot on the pedal at approximately an inch from fully pressed. Horrible situation

Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday to look at a specific vehicle on Thursday. Was assured by the sales manager that a trade could be completed on Thursday to avoid multiple visits. Drove 100 miles to the dealership to find the vehicle was not there. Negotiations took 2.5 hours. Each offer and counter-offfer required a 20 minute trip to the manager s office for the salesman. After agreeing on a price, pending my inspection of the vehicle, I was promised a call first thing Friday morning to schedule delivery of the vehicle to my office before lunch. After my third call to the dealership on Friday, the vehicle finally arrived at 2:30. Overall, I was satisfied with the vehicle and the price, but very disappointed in the customer service.

Buying a car was the last thing I wanted to do in this lifetime. I d been everywhere!! I took a chance and went to Hyundai because I had heard so many great things! I was greeted by Syed and I immediately knew I was going to have a good experience. He greeted me with a handshake and a smile and asked me what I was looking for. I told him my father had passed away 9 months ago and I m new to this whole process. He comforted me and assured me that this was going to be easy and painless; and he was right! Not happy with new car service. 2 months old and tire has gone down 3 times. Went to OB for service and was told they were not busy but when I got there 1.5 hour wai t.
Went to Wolfchase this morning and had liw tire again and they were 2 hour wait. I am at a tire shop that WILL find the problem.

I was on the hunt for a new vehicle in November. As soon as I walked on to the lot and met David, he went above and beyond in helping me find my perfect car. He wasn't your average cheesy, fake car sales man. He was patient and understanding, as well keeping the experience light and fun. He made sure to find the best deal, working endlessly with Sam, the finance manager, in getting me the ultimate best deal for my financial situation. Sam was amazing as well. He worked and worked with banks to find me the right rates. He explained things into common language understanding, provided me with the information I needed to understand what I was getting into and any extra protection I may need for my vehicle. Both Sam and David followed up with me weeks later asking how I was enjoying my vehicle and if I had any questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or team. Bravo Zulu.

I purposely did not write a description of my expe...

I purposely did not write a description of my experience because I try to avoid opportunities to be negative, if at all possible. I really only left my desired star-rating after 4-5 messages begging me to rate my service experience.

However, with your response and all, I feel pressured to clarify that the rating I chose had very little to do with the denial of my claim for engine repairs under the power train warranty.

Upon dropping my car off, it was explained to me that I likely would not know the status of repairs until the following day. The dealership was busy, and I had not made an appointment. I was okay with this.
My service tech assured me he would be in touch via phone the following day, and that I could also receive updates via text.

I did not receive a call the following day. In fact, I received minimal calls throughout this service and initiated many of them myself. When confronted about this, the service tech stated that he d made other attempts to reach me but was unable to. All calls from the dealership are documented in caller ID. Further, the only texts sent during the length of the service were those initiated by me, telling the tech he could return the car to me without the final suggested repairs. After that, we communicated via text.

The length of the service coupled with the lack of communication is my largest complaint. I dropped my car off in June, and wasn t able to retrieve it until August. Considering the difficulty of the repair, I did not at all expect to have my car back immediately. However, quite often, family helping me through this process would ask about how the repairs were progressing and my response was, I don t know, because I hadn t received timely updates. When asked about this, the staff deflected the blame onto me, which I felt was unprofessional.

On one of the last calls initiated by my father and I, we inquired about what was taking so long. The service tech let us know that he had already submitted a claim to Hyundai to replace the motor through the original power train warranty. At this time he mentioned that, if I had retained any service records, it d be helpful to provide them in order to demonstrate that I had properly maintained my vehicle. This was advice given to me AFTER the claim had been submitted, and seemingly because I HAPPENED to call that day. No one called me to request these documents.

In the end, my claim was denied and I was told it would cost me upward of $5000 to replace the motor. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DECISION DOES NOT COME FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND DID NOT BLAME THEM FOR THIS OUTCOME, as I have read about issues others have had with their warranties. However, the fact that my personal records were not solicited until I happened to call, after the claim had already been submitted led me to believe that they already knew the warranty would not be honored, which is indicative of fraud. If not, the lack of documentation weakened my claim. It s either one or the other.

Further, upon dropping my vehicle off for service, I was told that I would be charged a $99 fee if I refused all services after the problem was diagnosed. It was understood that, at the very least, I would receive an oil change and thus would not have to pay the fee. In the end, I found I was charged the fee anyway because I refused to have the motor replaced by the dealership. Maybe that s how it works. I don t know because I did not challenge these fees; and there was minimal confrontation with the staff about length and quality of the service.

In all honesty, I am 8 months pregnant and sheerly lacked the energy to engage in any arguments about how the service should have been handled. I just paid all fees asked of me so I could reclaim my vehicle which has the engine light indicator on, smokes upon startup sometimes and, apparently, requires a new motor that Hyundai (Motor America, NOT Wolfchase) has refused to pay for.

This, and not the decisions to accept or decline engine repairs, is the source of my one-star rating.
