Wandered around the showroom for 10 minutes and no one offered help. Not even a hello. Maybe boats are selling themselves?

Found the exact wakesurf I was looking for and even gave me a deal for being a floor model

We bought a used boat at Wizard Lake Marine and really enjoyed the experience and the responsiveness of the staff. Awesome folks that really understand boats and water sports!! Would definitely recommend them.

I found a boat on there website that I was interested in so I called and talk to Mike. He told me I was lucky that I was the first one to call because the boat wouldn't last the day. I asked him if I could leave a deposit and come in later that day with my trade in. Mike said he had no issues with my trade but he couldn't take a deposit because it wasn't fair to everyone else and I probably didn't have the cash either. ($45k not to many people do) He told me to call his finance department first so I did. After a half hour on the phone and a hit on my credit the finance lady said she would call Mike and secure the boat. 10min later she call me back and told me Mike would not deal with me because its not fair to someone coming in with cash or no trade. So did as I was instructed and still Mike refused to sell me the boat. Now I have an outstanding loan against my credit that I never used. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Do yourself a favour buy a boat from someone else. These guys are obviously only interested in making a quick buck and could care less about customer service.

BTW the finance was very nice and did not deserve the blast I gave her. Sorry.. You should go work for another dealership where they pride themselves on good customer service.

We LOVE our new boat! LOVE IT!! Incredible experience and service from A to Z. Being from out of province we had other plans to bring our own Nautique here but Gord opened our minds to better option and did such an incredible job putting us in a superior new Nautique at a such a great price, it was truly a no brainer. Our new Super Air was waiting patiently at the dock for us - before we got here. You should have seen the look on my daughter s faces. So happy with our decision. Surprises? Yes, there were a few for sure... all positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Wizard lake to anyone. And Kara... you re awesome!! Thanks for taking such great care of us. We just picked up our 2012 G25 Nautique from Wizard Lake Marine where we had winter servicing, gel coat repair, surf pipe installed and finished with a polish and waxing. Would like to say a big thanks to Jake and the service team who did everything we asked, kept us informed and finished when promised.

Hats off to the team at wizard. Thank you for getting us back on the water in the middle of ourr holiday. Unfortunately things happen and the team got us looked after with friendly service.

I wanted to write this letter to thank all of the staff at Wizard Lake Marine for the exceptional service I received at your dealership. To often stories are told about poor service that people receive, whether it is from restaurants, retailers or other dealerships. This is why I feel it is important for me to express my gratitude to you and all your staff. It is easy to make a customer feel valued when things are going well and there are no issues, but the true measure of service is how customers are treated when there are issues. Although my issues with my boat have been minor the way I have been treated has been outstanding. Jeff, Riley and Brad have been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with.

Although the issue with my throttle was not completely corrected the first time the commitment to make it right was definitely felt. This is my 3rd boat I have purchased from Wizard Lake Marine. Even though I have always bought used boats from the dealership I feel I am treated as I bought new. It is this treatment that will make me a loyal customer for life, not only for my future boat purchases but for all my service and maintenance work.

I have just received the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. Don't expect your boat to be serviced in a timely manner if you haven't bought it from them. I called them up Tuesday and they indicated they could look at it on Thursday but not sooner. OK, that's my parameters. Thursday comes along and now they say they MIGHT be able to look at it mid next week because they've sold a couple of new boats and they take priority. Of course I am upset for being treated like a second-class customer and lied to on Tuesday, and Geoff the service manager proceeds to personally insult me. Unbelievable. Obviously this business is devoid of integrity, commitment and customer service. it is only concerned about selling new boats. I wouldn't even buy a new boat from these guys as a $180,000 boat they sold on Friday blew the engine on the weekend.

Big thanks to the Wizard Lake team, I have been bringing my boats in for service for the last 10 years, they have always given me amazing prompt service. My recent experience with Gord and the sales team was over and above. I would highly recommend Wizard Lake for any of your boating needs!

Good experience buying a new GS20. Gord was good to deal with and Brady was great at dealership and taking me for water test. We didn't agree on trade-in value so I ended up selling my boat privately. But otherwise a happy customer. No experience with service dept yet so can't comment on that.

Gord and his team provide an incredible level of service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Would strongly recommend if you are looking to buy a boat, or need servicing!

Best boat dealer and customer service in the okanagan!

Very poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and drive to the next city to buy a boat. They told me to pick up the boat I bought and when I got there it was not even close to being professionally detailed, accessories were not working properly, no spare tire and the engine oil was black. I took it back and they fixed those issues and I scheduled it for a detail. I brought the boat back again for the two day detail appointment and was called to come pick it up as they said it was ready. To my disgust it was not even close to being detailed. Washed my hands with these guys, one mistake sure I get it things happen but twice now you can beat it.

Awesome service! When we bought our G23 this year, Gord touted their service. They did not disappoint... took my prop out on Friday evening, Sunday morning at 9am Riley showed up with new prop, installed, and cruising by 9:30am.
