I can't believe Tammy Delaney will use personal attacks on clients if she doesn't get her comission/sale after telling someone to use a different realtor!!!!

Tammy Delaney is one of the best agents out there who truly cares about her clients. Her honesty, integrity and her work ethics are absolutely incredible. When I put my house up, the comps were coming in at $276 and because many people were low balling and selling for $240 it made it difficult to sell. The comps dropped to $265, I had an appraisal done for $270 and I listed for $266, many other agents told me I was too high, the comps were $255 etc. Tammy got my house sold at $266 with others selling between $238-$260. She had my best interest at heart. Tammy even came over and helped me pull weeds one day to help me to make sure my home was in perfect order for selling. Tammy will do anything to help in her clients success in selling a home or buying.

When I bought my new home, Tammy was at a conference in California and I went and saw a home that had an open house on the Saturday. I called Tammy and while she was walking through Disneyland, she made an offer on my home. Doesn't matter where she is or what time it is, she was always there to ask questions, always took my calls. Tammy bends over backwards for her clients and she has my business for life.

Tammy is really good and what she does and I strongly recommend her as an agent, she has helped me not once but twice for my real estate needs.

Carrie was awesome through the entire process. I think it went very smoothly for us as first time homebuyers. Communication is very important and I always felt like I knew what was going on. I would recommend them to my friends! We (and our dogs) love our new home!

If you want an agent who will get your home sold or get you in to your own home go with Tammy Delaney at WISE! After having our home on the market once before for 3 months with another realtor group and being passed around in that company with zero offers we pulled our listing. Then we decided to switch to Tammy at WISE. Tammy not only got offers but she got the offer we were looking and hoping for IN A LITTLE OVER A WEEK OF BEING LISTED AND SHOWINGS!! She was there every step of the way! Love her and the job she did!! We trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
