Tammy Delaney is one of the best agents out there who truly cares about her clients. Her honesty, integrity and her work ethics are absolutely incredible. When I put my house up, the comps were coming in at $276 and because many people were low balling and selling for $240 it made it difficult to sell. The comps dropped to $265, I had an appraisal done for $270 and I listed for $266, many other agents told me I was too high, the comps were $255 etc. Tammy got my house sold at $266 with others selling between $238-$260. She had my best interest at heart. Tammy even came over and helped me pull weeds one day to help me to make sure my home was in perfect order for selling. Tammy will do anything to help in her clients success in selling a home or buying.

When I bought my new home, Tammy was at a conference in California and I went and saw a home that had an open house on the Saturday. I called Tammy and while she was walking through Disneyland, she made an offer on my home. Doesn't matter where she is or what time it is, she was always there to ask questions, always took my calls. Tammy bends over backwards for her clients and she has my business for life.
