I thought working with them would make my move less stressful. I was wrong. They stall buyouts to not have to pay the prorated days. I ve provided an offer, ratified it, waited the 10 days for the inspection, spent over $1,100 to put in a new water heater to meet their program requirements then they asked for another document that matches an emailed agreement. I lose $100 a day continuing to pay the mortgage while they make up new requirements each day which an agent they has no sense of urgency.
