I love your resort. 1st time there. We stayed in town, ok. But the skiing area Mary Jane was where we planted ourselves. Kids hit the trees and moguls, adults could always meet on the base of MJ> we never worried about losing out kids. Thank you. Nothing is worse than not knowing where a kid is and if he/she is ok.

I want to mention that this mountain resort is perfect for a family that has young kids learning It is the best imo. We have been all over CO and this is the best with Copper 2nd. We didn't deal with the ski school as mine are black diamond now (Copper mtn helped that). The complete comfort that my kids could go on their own and end up where I was at the base was HUGE for my allowing them to go up on 3k vertical lifts without worry was my favorite thing. Cheers and keep it up. WP is 100% great.

Great locals mountain for Denver, small village but has everything you need, great not to have to go through the tunnel to get there, a better mountain for skiers than boarders, but still fun (I'm a boarder). BIG mountain with lots of different types of terrain. High winds can shut down upper parts of the mountains and happens kinda often.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE By a male employee (Mason) at ski rental office. With no warning previously they escalated the mask conversation threatening us with security within literally 10 seconds of first making us aware our 3 year olds needs a mask.

UPDATE: now they cancelled our season passes due to yesterday s event.

Love it! Snowboarded at Mary Jane side. The rest of the territories are closed for the season. It was snowing on April 29. Too bad the rest of tye slopes are closed for now. Definitely a great option for spring riding.

Resort is very family friendly which is great, but there is a lot of traversing required at the top and bottom of almost all the runs we went to (not on the MJ side but on the Vasquez ridge and Alice in Wonderland areas) so its not my favorite place to ski.

We enjoyed great skiing and winter sports. WP hosted the pre-Olympics Freestyle Competition. Very professional.
We were impressed and happy to get out of our lovely Vail Valley for a few days. Very enjoyable. . and local vibe & attitude was consistently positive. Wow. Residents love & appreciate where they live and play!

Question: where can you vacation when you live in paradise? Winter Park! We loved it.

For ten winter seasons I have brought family members to Winter Park from Atlanta. I love it so much I plan to work with the Ski and Ride School that helped all of us become happier sliding on snow.

Awesome views, great sceneries and fun trails! Entertainment is good and there are different good choices of foods to eat. We were lucky with the weather so it was double the fun. Bathrooms are clean and people are nice and friendly.

Awesome resort! Had a blast and slopes are great - huge place.

Two big negatives though
#1 - signage on the slopes needs improvement because it s very easy to get lost - especially when you re trying to get to the bottom of the mountain it would be awesome to have signs saying bottom of mountain this way !

#2 - getting out on a Saturday is an absolute disaster. One way out and a light that lets 5 people at a time makes you wait forever! Why not regulate traffic at the exit? Makes no sense!!

The half day tickets are expensive just for half day. They are RFID so you just need to wave them at the gates. Some of the runs are very flat and you have to jump multiple lifts to get to the top. The runs are well groomed. The layout of the main village is good with some nice shops to get a snack.

Seemed like a decent enough place to chill out for the evening; although, most places roll up their sidewalks by 6 pm. Everything is way over-priced in an effort to rob tourists of as much money as possible. One of the places was charging $5 for pre-packaged ice cream... seriously? The same place was charging $65 for a Winter Park sweatshirt. Is that really necessary?

The Winter Park Resort is one of the most affordable and most fun places to go. There are great places to bike, Alpine sleds, and other activities. There are also quite a few good places to eat and shop also.

I used to ski here when I was much younger and it was quite nice waaayyyy back then! For me, its just not my jam! Less convenient than some other resorts and the village is not quite as upscale. The mountain is big, and has nice runs.

A great ski resort for a beginner! I had never snowboarded before so I signed up for the class they have. The instructor Bryan was fantastic and made me feel comfortable enough that the next few days on my own were far more fun than if I had tried to learn by myself. There are a wide variety of trails ranging in difficulty from easy to expert and beautiful views of the Arapahoe National Forest.

I had the best snowboarding days of my life at Winter Park, it had just dumped a ton of fresh snow every single night! I got to right fresh runs in the back bowls and it felt like nothing I have ever experienced before. Perfect conditions and great terrain put winter park as my current favorite mountain of all time.

First time skiing and it was sooo much fun. Lots of helpful friendly staff here there is a good amount of places to eat and recoup from a long day of shredding or in my case falling. My advice is take a lesson. It's an all day thing with a great instructor. Winter park is where I'm going to go from now on.

I've been to Winter Park numerous times over the years and I've always had a good time but this past weekend showed me that Winter Park's staff really wants to take care of the people that travel there. My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience with our rental equipment (rented from an outside source, not WP) and were only able to make one run down the mountain; my feet and legs weren't as sore and numb as hers but I was still in discomfort. Long story short, we were taken care of very well because Winter Park didn't enjoy seeing us so miserable. The one woman we dealt with was very sweet and apologetic even though it wasn't even her problem. She went out of her way to help us and even when she couldn't, she found someone who could. I wish I would've asked for her name because she deserves lots of appreciation. Whatever your name may be, THANK YOU, and thanks to Winter Park for getting us squared away. We'll be coming back soon!

I bought the Ikon pass and was able to use it this year already at winter park so a buddy and I planned a weekend to go down there from laramie (beautiful drive). We ended up really enjoying to ski resort and have been back twice since. Only one section of it was open the second two times we went but it was still a lot of fun and there was enough to do for the whole day! I would strongly recommend this place to all levels of skiers.
