Jake Lang is a wonderful mentor and agent. My daughter was so very shy and self conscious when she first went to Wings. Alexia is now a very confident and independent young lady, and that is thanks to Jake and Wings. She is starting high school and she is excited and happy because she is comfortable in her own skin and that's because of Wings. I understand that the cost can be challenging, but Jake does his best to keep that manageable. If your child plays any sport or musical program there are costs involved, and this is the same. However, in all my time at Wings there were never charges I wasn't aware of, and they have all been reasonable. Jake also works with parents individually to ensure that each child is included and gets to meet their full potential. It really saddens me when I read the negative reviews, because I would hate for a parent not to bring their child to this wonderful agency based on that. If you believe your child may be the next big star I promise Jake is the foundation that will help them grow and he is very protective of his talent so he helps you grow in the right direction. I have been with wings for a few weeks now and it has been such a great experience for me. I have already gotten two auditions!! When I started Jake explained everything to a point. I have a lot of fun when I am there and learn a lot each time I go. I don t understand why there are reviews saying that this is a scam when it s not. Jake works very hard for each and every individual that comes to class. I love it there at Wings and each and every individual who thinks twice about if they should go and be apart of wings, you or your child or loved one could be missing out of a very good opportunity!

My wife and I are very happy with our decision to allow Wings Model Managenent to represent both of our sons model/acting career. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Our boys love it. They are currently in the process of signing with a top LA manager and agent. They have received this level of exposure in only 5 weeks. This was made possible by Jake Lang at Wings. We paid you for various services for our child over a month ago and received very little communication following paying for said services. When we inquired about what was going on, the manger eventually responded and berated my wife in an email. His aggression towards her came as a result of many personal unrelated issues that the owner currently had going on. Being in business myself I know there is a level of professionalism that should be maintained in a client relationship. Due to the aggressive and combative nature of the email response we received I feel far too uncomfortable moving forward in any capacity with this truly unprofessional agency.

I have been blessed to work with Jake and the guys at Wings. I have met a lot of really good people and Jake has given me more opportunity then I could've asked for. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone. Aside from the good all around environment, Jake is well connected and has the respect of several big agents and managers in LA. If you are really seeking an opportunity in the entertainment industry , then you need to be connected to someone like Jake.

My son is almost 5 years old and has been signed with Wings for close to 1 year, and this year has been quite the journey. A journey that started with a lot of unknowns and questions, that ended with significant growth as an actor and model, a wealth of knowledge, incredible opportunities and big dreams for the future!!!
None of this would have been possible without Jake at Wings. Jake is the Agent/Owner at Wings, and he has an obvious passion for helping others achieve their dreams. I see him work so incredibly hard for his talent and he puts in countless extra hours behind the scenes to bring in some of the top LA Agents and Managers here to Cincinnati. There is a cost associated with the workshops; however, if you are serious about becoming an actor and/or model, then I feel they are worth every penny. Having these opportunities locally is something very few people get, and that is something you really have to understand.
Another big opportunity my son had this year, was to attend the Model and Talent EXPO in Dallas, TX. This is an event that only select mother agencies even get invited to attend, and Wings happens to be one of those select few. There is also a limit to how many people each mother agency can bring, so if you are invited by Jake to go, then I highly recommend you take that opportunity, if you can. EXPO was an unforgettable experience, and Jake will ensure you are fully prepared for the event.
The weekly workshops that are led by Jake have truly been the key to my son s growth and success. Jake is always changing up the classes so they are exciting and challenging. The workshops have also helped my son with reading (again, he is almost 5), public speaking, social skills, memorization, expression, etc..
The cherry on top to all of this though, is that Wings has become a second family to us all, and I would highly recommend Wings to anyone with a passion for acting or modeling. You will be in the best hands.

For a while I had wanted to get my child into modeling, and I knew when I was actually going to DO something about it, I knew I was going to go to Jake at Wings. An acquaintance of mine recommended Wings to me, and I knew from another friend that Jake and Wings had a great reputation. So with Wings I went, and I do NOT regret that decision. Jake is one of the select agencies across the United States that can get you or your child to Expo held twice a year in Dallas, Texas. If you are serious about modeling/acting, you definitely want to go to Expo for the experience and knowledge you will gain there. Jake is the only agency in the Greater Cincinnati area that can get you to Expo. He is an excellent photographer and I cannot speak highly enough about the photos he took of my child! My child has had great success thus far, and I know his future is bright, and his foundation was laid by Wings Model Management. I would highly recommend Jake and Wings to anyone or any parent out there who wants to enter this modeling and acting arena.

Hands down THE BEST agent EVER!! I cannot thank Jake and his staff enough for investing so much of themselves into molding my son into the model and budding actor that he is. Acting and modeling does involve work. He offers classes and special events that do cost money, but they are optional. Not every child plays a sport, plays an instrument or dances. Some kids are actors or models. Paying for these classes is the same as paying for dance lessons, gymnastics or sports. When my son was injured and could no longer play sports due to a concussion, this became his new thing. Kudos to Jake for helping him fight through his concussion and challenging him in new ways. Love, love, love Wings Model Management.

Jake is an amazing agent. He has been supportive and encouraging of me and my craft. I love his weekly classes and he always brings in top agents and managers from NY and LA. I couldn't imagine being with anyone else. Under his guidance and support, I would not have been able to win male model of the year at Expo in June! Thank you Jake and Wings staff.

Wings Model Management is a GREAT agency! My daughter sent pictures in and we received a call within 4 days. When we went in for her interview, Courtney was very complimentary to my daughter and was very upfront about how things worked in this industry. We were given a contract and told to think about it. We were not asked for any money upfront and only had to pay for the items that WE chose to pay for (to be on the website and have comp cards made). Jake is very good at placing girls in jobs and offers many opportunities for his models and actors to attend workshops and showcases. Again, WE get to choose what she does and does not attend or what job she does or does not take. Jake is also very honest, which is refreshing. For example, he told us that our daughter needed to get over her shyness. He gave me ideas on how to do this, as well as encouraged us to find ways to help her on our own so that SHE could take ownership in her modeling. Because of his encouragement and the opportunities that he is offered, our daughter now has become interested in acting as well, and he is helping her open those doors. Our experience with Wings has been nothing but positive, and I am so happy that we found Jake and his staff to help us navigate our daughter's pursuit of modeling and acting.
