We paid you for various services for our child over a month ago and received very little communication following paying for said services. When we inquired about what was going on, the manger eventually responded and berated my wife in an email. His aggression towards her came as a result of many personal unrelated issues that the owner currently had going on. Being in business myself I know there is a level of professionalism that should be maintained in a client relationship. Due to the aggressive and combative nature of the email response we received I feel far too uncomfortable moving forward in any capacity with this truly unprofessional agency.
