My son is almost 5 years old and has been signed with Wings for close to 1 year, and this year has been quite the journey. A journey that started with a lot of unknowns and questions, that ended with significant growth as an actor and model, a wealth of knowledge, incredible opportunities and big dreams for the future!!!
None of this would have been possible without Jake at Wings. Jake is the Agent/Owner at Wings, and he has an obvious passion for helping others achieve their dreams. I see him work so incredibly hard for his talent and he puts in countless extra hours behind the scenes to bring in some of the top LA Agents and Managers here to Cincinnati. There is a cost associated with the workshops; however, if you are serious about becoming an actor and/or model, then I feel they are worth every penny. Having these opportunities locally is something very few people get, and that is something you really have to understand.
Another big opportunity my son had this year, was to attend the Model and Talent EXPO in Dallas, TX. This is an event that only select mother agencies even get invited to attend, and Wings happens to be one of those select few. There is also a limit to how many people each mother agency can bring, so if you are invited by Jake to go, then I highly recommend you take that opportunity, if you can. EXPO was an unforgettable experience, and Jake will ensure you are fully prepared for the event.
The weekly workshops that are led by Jake have truly been the key to my son s growth and success. Jake is always changing up the classes so they are exciting and challenging. The workshops have also helped my son with reading (again, he is almost 5), public speaking, social skills, memorization, expression, etc..
The cherry on top to all of this though, is that Wings has become a second family to us all, and I would highly recommend Wings to anyone with a passion for acting or modeling. You will be in the best hands.
