HORRIBLE!!!! They gave me an EYE INFECTION!!!! Then when I called telling them the owner was so rude to me on the phone. She told me that it was "very common to get an eye infection" and that I should have know that!!!! What?!? How am I supposed to expect that a place will give me an eye infection? They never disclosed this to me before my appointment. Then when I told her that this should have been told to me before she said "well I disagree with you." SO RUDE! And gross!!! Don't ever go to this place.

I had a horrid experience at a lash salon nearby; luckily Lashfully was able to take me that same day.

The technicians are amazing, very education and knowledgable. Most importantly they LISTEN to what you want!

I also love their loyalty program; great for those who get lashes regularly!!

I purchased a gilt certificate and got a full set. I wasn't happy with the results. They fell out pretty quickly and they push the packages on you pretty hard, which I understand as they want you to return, but the service needs to be up to par to purchase.

Friendly staff. Got my lashes removed and the lady did it so quickly with no pain or pulling on my natural lashes! Thank you so much!

Great Customer Service!! Lashfully went above and beyond to make sure all the girls in my family were happy with the end results. I would recommend Lashfully to anyone celebrating a special event in their lives. I was surprised when Lashfully took all 9 girls at the last minute notice. I am very grateful for the owner and the wonderful helpers. I will pass on the wonderful experience I was lucky enough to have to all my friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you saved the single most special day in my life and made it even more unforgettable.

If you want the most amazing eyelashes ever, you need to go to Lashfully and request Mika Wang. Never in my life have I had my lashes look so perfect and last a unbelievable amount of time. The way Mika places the lashes is perfect. I've been going to her for a year now! This place is wonderful, great service, and a peaceful environment

Maya Kane is forever slaying the waxing game. You wanna come out looking good better go see her. Also if your not getting service from Maya I don't know what you all are doing. Yo life ain't real if you not going to Maya.

What a cute place this is, the decor is very glamorous and glitzy! I went a few times to get false eyelashes put on, its very relaxing and the staff there was great! The eyelash extensions are expensive and don't last more that a few weeks, making this an expensive habit. The beauty technicians were very gently and soothing, creating again, a very relaxing atmosphere. If you have the time )takes about an hour) and the money I'd recommend it for a special treat. They also offer wine and tea while you wait for your appointment, so get there early!

Great spot! Such a large menu of options. Had my lashes done just a few days before at a different salon and they hurt and were falling out. Was able to easily book and appointment and pick exactly what I wanted. They feel and look so much better! The techs wash your lashes for you and the beds are very comfortable with tea and a nice sitting area when you arrive. Great experience!

Love my lashes and in love with the shop great customer service and lashes last about 3 weeks

I was on vacation in san Francisco. I needed to fill up my lashes. My first appointment didn't go really well. most of my lashes were falling off after 5 days. So I gave them a call and they offered me to come by and get a free fill- up. When I got my Fill- up, I had Ethel Redom and she did a great job! I can only recommend her and if you wanna make an appointment, ask for her. she does a great job. thank you.
