Wingfoot State Park Review

They have done a wonderful job bringing this park back. Its huge and has great playgrounds and places to walk, plus a beautiful view!

Beautiful park, lots of places to sit near the water and under the trees. Nice long pathways and open fields for dogs. I had my first date here.

Very clean and peaceful. Real good night fishing. Caught a 28 lb catfish and 36 pound carp .

Such a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors, go fishing or take a stroll. The park is usually really clean. My family and I love coming out to Wingfoot!

This is a great Park to go to. A clean paved path, but the mini golf course does look dated and it's starting to look very tacky. They could use an update, but I still enjoyed going here.

My wife and I came out to the Jan 1 trail walk and it was very nice. I learned a lot about the park itself and we plan to visit more in 2020

A pretty good park overall, though I don't know that the parks service maintains it as well as it had been in years gone by. Due to its location, you will on occasion get whiffs of barnyard odors depending on where you are.

Great park! Has pretty much everything. Short walking trail, playground, lake, boat rental, fishing, pavilions, soccer, dog park, disc golf... and probably more I m forgetting! Very scenic for pictures too

Fantastic Disc golf course. The park is clean and well maintained with plenty of trashcans and bathrooms available. The scenery is picturesque and you'll never run out of things to do. A great little gem of a park.

My Dogs love playing in the water and going boating

Our regular stop for a dog park, which is constantly being upgraded. Also a great place for parties, picnics, disc golf, fishing, and more. A great all-around Park.

I'm writing this review based on the disc golf course and dog park. Both are great and well maintained. Park always seems busy with lots of picnics, etc which is a good sign of a well run park.

Absolutely the worst run park I have ever been to!!! We came with our kids last Thursday at 5pm to take a boat ride, but no one was there to rent us a boat (even though hrs are 2-8 thurs-sun). We thought, no problem, they probably went for a dinner break, and we waited 45 minutes. They never returned. On our way out we saw a few teen workers hanging out by putt putt. I can t say for sure, but maybe they were suppose to be working the boat rental?! We came back today to rent a boat at 2:30, but one was out and the other was broken. Ok, we will wait patiently in the shade right by the rental place until it s back (because you can t sign up to be next). As the boat came back, a lady runs passed us and into the office and signs out the boat. When we approached the worker, she said sorry you just missed it!!! What?!! We were sitting right there waiting!!!!! We left! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this excursion at all!! Unless you just like to disappoint your kids!!!!

There are trees. Boci court needs resurface. I don't know what pickle ball is. But they need a pickle ball court. It is fun apparently.

Best little park around. Lots of kid friendly things tucked across from (kinda of) the blimp hanger. Well used, always well taken care of. I go there often.

Loved it for the family reunion but bummed out that the pontoons are off the activity list

This is a nice little park. Great for a walk or to spend time with family. The kids loved the playground and seeing the blimp!

Beautiful park. Several child play areas. Pavilions and cookout areas with grills. Across the lake from blimp hanger so if it's out you may catch a glimpse.

Great family park. Has a d0g park several kids play grounds, swings. Shelter u can rent out. Putt putt golf a driving range. Boat rentals. Just all around fun. Basketball courts. And many more things I'm sure I forget to put on here.

Very nice and relaxing nearby park to go to. They also have types of boat rentals. Not sure what days or prices. A nice park in a nice nature filled area. Big open roomy park, good for family get togethers, outings, fishing. Good for picnics. Parties. Birthday parties. Whatever you want to do outdoors really. Not a bad place to experience at least once.

Went to this park to soak in the sunshine and walk with my beautiful daughter and granddaughter..had a nice walk with so many people doing the same thing.the lake was still frozen.

I use the Dog Park Frequently. They have a nice layout but do little maintenance. Last year's leaves were never removed and now this year's leaves make it difficult to clean up after dog's. The gates and latches are also broken and difficult to open.

Has everything you'd expect in a park! Best thing is that it has a soccer field!

Lots of room for group functions and have a variety of activities like beach volleyball, basketball (although the court could be better), boating, putt putt and open fields

Pretty setting intresting views of the blimp . If you're a fisherman the lake is poorly maintained it fills with weeds by mid may and is nearly impossible to fish until fall.

Awesome family park. Open late. Enjoy watching Goodyear blimp take off and land rigjt across lake. Good fishing spot too.

Awesome park we have had many family reunions here and definitely my favorite one that we go to in August. Beautiful water, shelters, clean bathrooms, and the playground is nice for the kids. Only thing I noticed is the park should better maintain the weeds around the playground area.
