I was with my wife at the Wineria for a snack aperitif, the restaurant has several outdoor tables on Piazza Caneva, but the environment is very pleasant in function of the large space. The wine list is very interesting with absolutely non-trivial choices. in addition to the traditional platters of salami and cheeses, the appetizer sector includes excellent tapas, an excellent warm lasagna of carasau bread and caponatina (to try).
Very friendly and nice staff that marries the informal atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Good atmosphere, excellent organization especially the tasting events (often free). To get to know wines and pairings it is a great place, to simply dine instead the price / quantity ratio is a bit disadvantageous; but it is necessary to keep in mind that these are always good / excellent wines and not just "table wines".

I went with a friend for an aperitif but we found that they were having wine tastings, so we held back a while tasting a couple of wines one white and one red ..... but I noticed that it is a place where you can find excellent wines and the manager seems to me a very courteous person ... The restaurant is nice and pleasantly out of the way of the usual "movida" places, but I found the saucers fairly scarce in quantity for the price paid with a good but not excellent quality, which justifies the cost. The cellar can be improved.

Unspectacular selection.... New and modern decor with no frills. Price is fine, but why settle for mediocre experience? You live only once.
When asked for a bio wine, the seller pointed to the highest priced wine when in fact there s one that s much inexpensive (later pointing out that they re not certified...ok, so why won t you mention it when I asked for bio and mention only after I paid for my wine?) Why lose a customer over 2 euro profit is beyond me in this age of Google and trip advisor reviews that are used by expats and visitors alike.

I went to this place to avoid the usual buffet aperitif like the plague.
I found refined and refined dishes, I asked Stefano (the owner) for advice on pairing with wine and we chatted for several minutes, not only on the characteristics of the wines but also on the pairings.
Well, after the aperitif I finished: enrolled in one of his courses, I bought a bottle of sweet wine (to pair with the desserts, I discovered!) And a bottle of white both from little known but very good cellars!

Open since 2013, it is located at the corner of piazza Caneva, a very busy area but the winery manages to have a peaceful corner. In the warm months it is even possible to drink in an outdoor area with chairs and tables. Excellent supply of wines, from all prices and characters. The owner is an experimenter so the wines always changes and that's what characterizes this place. Very competent but a little cold service. Inside you can breathe the sound of the city and its hasty inhabitants. In addition to wine it is possible to taste craft beer and various home delicacies (small kitchen). Strongly recommended for a quick aperitif with a glass of wine.
