I went to this place to avoid the usual buffet aperitif like the plague.
I found refined and refined dishes, I asked Stefano (the owner) for advice on pairing with wine and we chatted for several minutes, not only on the characteristics of the wines but also on the pairings.
Well, after the aperitif I finished: enrolled in one of his courses, I bought a bottle of sweet wine (to pair with the desserts, I discovered!) And a bottle of white both from little known but very good cellars!
All seasoned with courtesy and sympathy that these days never hurt!
