Wanted to visit this place for years! Finally for our 5th Anniversary my wish came true. My husband and I really loved the garden, the cozy niches, the room, the friendly staff, the outstanding restaurant. Our total experience was perfect! First place we ever stayed at that was quiet! The restaurant staff was exceptional. We enjoyed their conversations, smiles, and great wine tasting. After leaving we declared this place would be an Anniversary tradition.

My sister had her wedding at Wine and Roses last summer. It was very beautiful, and the food and service were excellent! My sister said that they were very helpful and accommodating when she made arrangements and scheduled her event.
The garden was lush and beautiful. It was a great place for the ceremony. We didn't see roses, but there were lots of flowers and green foliage. Walking along the pathways, we saw a beautiful fountain, statues, and parrots. The buildings and gardens made great places for pictures.
The only thing we could think of that could be better was that the room for the bride to get ready in could use more outlets and better lighting by the mirror. My sister had her hair and make-up done at the salon, so it wasn't a problem for her, but we had several family members who were getting ready there as well. Other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, and there's a large mirror with a shelf where at least three people can sit at the same time. The salon did an amazing job on her hair and make-up; which still looked great at the end of the night. Even with a few happy tears, and her putting on and taking off hats--her hair and make-up still looked perfect!
The ballroom was beautiful as well and we had a great reception and dinner there.
The staff were professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was wonderful.

I attended a wedding at this venue and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor and lighting was amazing. Once you enter the place you feel like you entered a secluded and private location. There were a few bird enclosures that was a nice surprise and the kids loved watching the parrots.

My stay was perfect from start to end. The reservation experience was made extremely pleasant due to the exceptional customer service by the staff especially Alvin. The accomodation, restaurant, wine tasting and beautifully landscaped gardens are 5 star plus. Can't wait to return.

I have heard a lot of good things about Wine and Roses, so I was excited to try it. I was with a party of about 15, and we ate in the main restaurant. The service was friendly, and drink orders were filled quickly, but refills took a while. The ambiance in the restaurant is that of every wedding venue I have ever been to. It screams that it's main purpose is to accommodate as many people as possible. However, the grounds around the restaurant are beautiful.

The menu was small and a bit expensive, with the cheapest entre starting at around 20 dollars. The selection was small, one chicken dish, one steak dish, one pasta dishes, and I believe there was also a fish dish. I ordered the chicken which was perfectly cooked, but rather bland. And though it was a large breast, it didn't make up for the small side dishes. The general consensus from everyone in the group was that the food was okay, but did not live up to the hype, or the price tag.

Toooooo loud! If there is an event at their place such as a wedding the music is way too loud! You may want to check there isn't a special event before you book a room. It doesn't appear that they care. I feel sorry for the people who live in the surrounding homes.

Nice place, rooms are a little steep an accommodation are soso.. but the restaurant, spa an wine. Was great, I stayed in the king w/fireplace and balcony would of liked a Jacuzzi tub, bath didn't get as hot as I would of liked but staff was friendly.

My wife and I had the olive appetizer...very tasty. I had the lamb chop plate and all I can say is DELECTABLE! Cooked just right. They didn't have mint jelly to accompany so the waiter suggested fresh mint leaves. It was perfect. The couscous and broccoli rabe was cooked to perfection. My wife had the tempura soft crab...she reports way too oily, crab too chewy. She also had the pear salad...refreshing yet bland.
We shared the blueberry pop tart for dessert. I'm not a sweet eater, but this was perfect. Flakey crust, blueberry ginger compote with lemon sorbet.
The hospitality and customer service was superb. Vincent, our waiter was very courteous.
Our overall experience was great. Would've given it 5 stars, but my wife did not fully enjoy her meal.

Was here for a wedding and everything was great. Food and set up was great. Only gripe I had is that they were carding the wedding party... When the girls clearly couldn't hold their IDs. I wish they would have asked or carded before the event started to verify.

The Spa at Wine and Roses is amazing. They have plunge pools, steam rooms, and quiet rooms. The massage therapists are fantastic. The rooms are nicely decorated and perfect for relaxing.

I would highly recommend a relaxing getaway here.

Meh. At their restaurant, The Towne House, the food is just ok, especially for the price. The service is acceptable. The spa is equally unimpressive. It seems like they're trying to be something that they're not. Overall, W&R is underwhelming

Had a company dinner here. The service was impeccable. Our drinks were never empty for long, the wait staff continuously refilled our water carafes. They were there to take our plates immediately upon finishing our meal. The DJ was entertaining and kept the evening lively and kept the affair on a timely agenda. The food, which was served buffet-style, was extremely well prepared, other than the sauted vegetables which were supposed to be Hot were ice cold. I notified the wait staff and they corrected the issue promptly. All-in-all it was an amazing evening.

It was as busy Friday night with a wedding party warm up so the place was alive. Decent service considering the crowd. Very fun atmosphere, great drinks and wait staff. The piano was fantastic.

Nice resort with a very good restaurant and pretty parrots. It is near several wineries for tastings and purchases and one tasting room is on site. The resort is in a suburban area but near orchards. It is known for their spa but we didn't try it. Comfortable room.

The atmosphere is wonderful especially if you sit on the patio on a nice day. The food is great! I had the pear & endive salad which was a great combination of bitter and sweet. Dinner here is quite pricey for the amount you get, but you are paying for the setting and quality of cooking.

Got a pregnancy massage, got there a little early to relax and get away from the extra noise it was beautiful and very relaxing. The massage was wonderful and I fully intend to go back for a wine and Rose's treatment

we spent a very enjoyable weekend relaxing in our lovely suite, (which was spacious and had the expected amenities, including 2 flat screen TVs, king size bed, fridge, free water, very nice bottle of red wine, decent coffee in the room), and in the spa where we had massages. lunch at the restaurant was good but expensive. Lodi is in wine country and there are other good restaurants around

Wine and Roses is wonderful place to overnight and visit. It is a beautiful resort property with a great ambiance and service. It is also associated with the Lodi Wine trail. Finally it has great food and a wine bar. I really love this place!
