I was visiting Rochester from Michigan for two weeks my last day there I went into Windjammers and they are so amazing their really killing it during the pandemic with keeping things clean and safe for us and their staff are very kind, my waiter was so friendly, kind and just so sweet. I will definitely be back for a second time! Oh and the lemon pepper wings were so amazing! I wish I could have remember my waiters name but I do remember she said the honey mustard sauce was her grandmas recipe

The 2 dollar shelf has great beer on it. The food is great, try the wet cajun wings.

Looking for a place to stop for lunch today and came across Windjammers. I had the chili cheeseburger and my wife had the grilled chicken and pineapple. The cheeseburger was Fantastic and my wife loved her sandwich. The service was great and so were the prices. Looking forward to coming back.

Some of the best wings in the city. Cheap beer shelves ranging from $1 to $5. Booths with TVs. Bathroom is outdated but it's part of the environment

I love this bar- it's one of my favorite go to!!! Lee is awesome, an owner that really loves his bar, his staff, his patrons! Food is amazing- the wings are the best in Rochester! DRY RUB HARBOR WINGS or sweet Canadian! Wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The dollar shelf is full of good sips at a good price! You need to come here, whether it's for lunch, dinner, or just drinks. It's always a good time. I will probably see you there!

Some of the best wings in Rochester. Been going for years. I go well out of my way to get them fairly regularly. I am not impressed with service, especially on take-out orders. Today I get home with my wings and found no blue cheese. Their solution is for me to come back in (over 15 minutes one way) to get it. Obviously, it is cheaper and faster for me to just go buy my own. End of the day, I paid $13.34 for just a dozen wings, plus $4 for blu cheese, on top of wasting at least 30 minutes more than if I'd just gone elsewhere, for what ended up being overpriced, cold chicken wings.
I'll still go back, but I will no longer be making a journey out of my way.

Best bar for chicken wings! They also have some other good bomb food. And oh yeah, $1 and $2 beer shelf!

The food blew me away because the bacon cheese burger was real ground beef and the bacon was the kind you buy from the meat market, the onion rings were perfect too and the right size. It's a cute place you can even eat outside. First time I've been there but it won't be the last.

Just the best wings around. Dry rub are my fav! It was busy on a cold day in winter, that says a lot about it's popularity in Charlotte.

This is by far the best bar in Rochester! They have a crazy beer selection at super low prices! They have a 1$,2$, and 3$ beer shelf to choose from which is my favorite part. The staff are very friendly which makes the experience even better. The wings are to die for!! If you go here you should also think about getting the bacon blue burger, it has thick cut bacon, fresh melty crumbly blue, and the meat is so juicy and delicious! I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

Fruit wings and sweet Canadian are out of this world! The best wings I ve ever had and will never get wings from anywhere else. I m mainly writing this review because of their awesome customer service. Not once have I had a bad experience with ordering, all the ladies are so sweet and have always had a smile on their face and are just so nice which is hard to find these days. I really appreciate it and love that most about windjammers.

Always a great time. Waitress wasn't very good though. One of Lee's girls helped us more than she did. Food was good, ate too much as usual.

Nice place on Lake Ave strip in Charlotte. Drink prices are very reasonable & bar food's descent. Server was very good as well.

Blueberry Wings , all I need to say.

Okay, more to say.....they have a great wing selection and have won Best Wing's in Rochester once or twice. There is also a dollar beer shelf for the adventurous type...... not the best beers, but it's always something different. Great drafts and other (not dollar beers) bottled beers available. Close to Charlotte harbour .

Love this place, food is always great from bar snacks to dinner. Servers are friendly and,treat you like friends.

Greetings everyone I am A Caucasian American man that loves everybody for who they are... not because of their skin color.. the Windjammer bar are the most races bar you can go to if you're not Caucasian.. I love everybody for who they are not because of skin color.. everyone in America should be treated equally.. the owners that own the bar and the bartenders and the security guard are very racist two African Americans and other races.. that not Caucasian please be careful before going there.....

I've known the owner for quite some time, I still love going here to say hi and enjoy the amazing wings, drinks, and the friendly people that always are around.

Great little place with reasonably priced and good drinks. Wings are phenomenal! Located in walking distance to Ontario beach park.

Great wings. But the bartender seems a bit crabby. Even though I complimented the great job she did on putting up the Xmas lights inside the bar.

Well it's a nice place, food is awesome, BUT NO CHICKEN WINGS ARE WORTH A 90 MINUTE WAIT - AFTER ORDERING!! We got there with 6 people, sat outside. Waitress took our drink order then poof!! gone for about 15 minuses, - finally got our drinks! Took our food order 2-18 pc wings and 1-12 pc wings. Plus 2 taters tots and 1 TT- Sweet Potato. 90 minutes later our food shows up . Waitress stops by occasionally and says she's by herself. Bartender comes out and says they are backed up in kitchen - NO ONE WAS THERE EATING. We did see a few people come in and pick up food while we were sitting there forever. I guess phone orders take Priority over people actually at the establishment!! Then they were out of SP - TT and just substituted Fries - really?? So after 2+ hours we finally ate. WORST SERVICE EVER!! By the way it was a slow Sunday afternoon, what's it like when they're busy??

I've only been here a couple of times, but the food is great. Prepare yourself for delicious wings! Definitely in the top 3 places I've had in Rochester and Buffalo!
