Great place it has everything under one roof. Electrical, bedding, kitchen ware, clothing, furniture Cafe.

Went for drink in cafe only 1 serving and doing tables so if got hot food its getting cold while you have to wait for her to finish clearing tables i suppose it all boilsdown to money

Good shopping. Not cheap in the restaurants. If you don't want anything you still buy something. Well worth an hour or 2 to visit.

Great place if you like spending a day shopping... However not a place I'd choose to go to unless I needed something specific. Good for furniture choice, ladies and gents design label clothing, electricals, bedding, crockery and kitchen accessories..

a big warehouse feel but has loads of choice in clothes, shoes, suitcases and a good selection of rambling and golfing clothes. also a pretty good selection of electricals, furniture and tvs. Upstairs is a little more up to date with current clothes stalls. There are plenty of toilets upstairs and downstairs. Also a lovely cafe on both floors. Another good point is to subscribe to their mailing list and then you can get an extra 10% of on sale days. Can get quite busy on Sale days. Across the carpark there is a garden centre which sells everything for the garden and also u can buy fishes too. They have their own cafe and toilets. It is also wheelchair access and lifts to the 1st floor.

I have had fish and Reptiles from the Grantham store, and Staff seem to be knowledgeable about the house keeping of the pets they sell, especially happy with our Corn Snake who is feeding well and very freindly, Also found most items to be well priced compared to price's found Online.

Love this place, it's mostly for older people, but I never fail to find a few 'geography teacher' jumpers at good prices

A few bargains on menswear.

Am writing this on behalf of my mother-in-law who went with a friend on a shopping trip to the Grantham store from Nottingham recently. Unfortunately one of her purchases was left with a security tag left attached and at 85 years old it's not easy for her to just pop into the store to have the tag removed. 5 gold stars to the management for sending out an employee to remove the tag at her home. Bravo!

Expecting a delivery of table and chairs today that I ordered 7th Jan,rang to enquire estimated time of arrival,despatch had no knowledge of order to then to be put back through to the store,the gentleman I spoke to said he would get through to supplier. After a two hour wait I rang back again he then got onto supplier to then be told not being delivered now till Feb.Quick enough to take you money though.

I always visit this store when I come up from the South Coast. Always get bargains, & the staff are so friendly. The restaurant is good, too.

Good time to visit during sale plus extra 10% off if privilege member.

Lovely selection of furniture. Big shoe and clothing departments. Name brands like phase eight. Hotter shoes. Big man's department. Ladies there are casual to ball gowns and those in-between. Coffee shop, lights, perfume, bedding, China most things for your home and you. Worth a trip out.

Very good with Covid measures. You can try on but only 3 items max per visit

Good discount store, lots of big brand names at reasonable prices. Obviously not current season, but surely you are not that much of a fashionista.

The store needs updating and the prices are an absolute rip off for what you get.

Always well stocked with quality goods. I never know which is Downtown and which is Boundary Mills as they share the building but it's all good. Food remains same over the years and there's plenty to choose from although there are always queues and never enough staff.

Excellent for value in the outlet part and department store items in the main section. Garden centre is large with lots of items. Cafe/restaurants on both sites are decent

Garden shopping for my husband, so l sat and had a good cup of coffee in the cafe

It could do with a lot more organised lay out. Pricing is reasonable but not cheap.

This is a wonderful place, so much to see under one roof. For a chap that spends little on clothes I managed to purchase 6 shirts, according to my wife, this is nothing short of a miracle. If you get the chance GO!

Loads of stuff in store, but after half hour my eyes hurt from lighting.

This is a large place with alot to offer. There is parking, a cafe and a large variety of items inside.
What let it down for me was a member of staff. Not everyone, some were incredibly helpful. All it takes is one rude person to ruin your impression of a place though. Which is unfortunate.
Other than that, it is a great place to visit.

Only go for the free coffee but massive range of clothes and homeware. Sales can be really good value.

Beige Central! Full of older people (like me!) Actually it's pretty good if you're going clothes shopping and don't want to go to a town centre. Good, extensive selection, some designer labels if that's your thing. As good as any large department store. But with easy parking.

Great department store - it has everything! The two restaurants serve nice food, though at busy times there's quite a wait.

Enormous departmental store, well worth a visit! Good restaurant there so hubby can stay there whilst wife goes off spending!

Superb range of good quality clothing in Boundary Mill section - nice place for a browse, only criticism is of coffee shops, always UHT milk, surely fresh milk would be far more economic, better for environment as well as taste so much better.

Cannot recommend Oldrids highly enough. Great customer service and the couriers were simply amazing. Steven Bond, the courier for my delivery, went out of his way to deliver my bedframe the day after it came into the store. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Very nice outlet offering quality brands of clothing,footwear and many household goods. Well organised and covid aware. Felt an extremely safe place to shop.

They have put safety measures in place, the aisles are wider and easier to get round, good choice and price.

A massive selection clothes for all the family and shoes and boots to meet all needs. Also good quality food and drinks to see us on our way. A great stop off on the A1 near Grantham

Love the sales here. Plenty of parking. Cafe available upstairs. Good selection of different brands of clothing and shoes for all purses. Styles for occassions such as weddings etc. There is a good selection of household goods, macup and gifts. I even found a few bits of Joe Browns and ruby shoo which I love. Caters for all ages and a lot of styles. Outside clothing also.
