This place thinks everyone is a drug addict and treats everyone that way! People who actually need help don't get it from them!

Unfortunately I only go here if absolutely necessary. The service is really slow so if you have an emergency I suggest going someplace that will take you in immediately. Also if you call with a question, it kind of feels like they do not care and you are an inconvenience. Wish it was better. :/

Been there a couple time n they got it wrong had broken toe they said it was gout ..

So I was admitted. Don't stay on 3rd floor. Its drama. Some staff yells and snaps at you. The doctor breaks the hippa act. Dr Patel was my docter.

I went to the After Hour Clinic at the hospital and was told they did not do X-rays so I went to the ER. I was charged over $1300 just to get a X-ray and diagnosis, only to be have my foot misdiagnosis. I checked with my insurance to see if Wilson was in network and they was only to find afterwards that the doctor in the ER wasn't in network. I will never got back to this hospital. I went to a foot doctor 2 days later and got a lot more testing and treatments and was charged $890.

Occupational health here is a joke! I would even recommend uvmc over Wilson after the experience I had today and the run-around they have put me through the last 2 1/2 months for something I could get done in 20 minutes at the little clinic in Kroger DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

After recently feeling a pain in my side worsening overtime and from the advice of several nurses who I work with I decided to go to the er. I feared it may be a gallbladder or an appendix. I came in with severe pain in my abdomen and after several hours was told they didn t find anything wrong and then I left w the same pain as it got worse. I told them it was 6-7/10 and at times shooting upwards to 10/10 and they released me. Which is totally illegal. I was then given the contact info for a doctor to call who happens to be on vacation for weeks.

Most of my experiences have been superior. During one visit, they were unable to diagnose my issue, but referred me to a specialist that very day.

I went into the emergency room, a young woman Dr was on duty, she was great. At first they thought it was a heart attack, after testing it was not. She sent me to a Dr that found out the problem. She would not let me get discouraged and kept me there till she knew what had to be done.

Deplorable facility. I d give zero stars if possible. Don t. Just don t.

Daughter has heart problems which she was born with, in short went to Wilson Hospital and Dave Jung sent her home. Problem is she was at her cardiologists on Friday and had tests run and her heart has been, basically electric in heart is off not working correctly. Nationwide Children hospital said if issues continue go to local ER and have them call Nationwide, well she did and Mr. Jung refused to call and basically told her she was full of it! Now I refuse to call him Dr cause he is not!!!! Worst hospital ever!

Broken rib. They gave me fentynal without my knowledge or consent after repeatedly telling the nurse I didn't want an IV. "The doctor says you have to have something so we can X-ray." They told me later what they'd put in me. Maybe you shouldn't jump straight to an opioid. Don't go here unless you're dying and can't make it to Lima or Troy.

Wilson are you listening to these reviews? What a shame. My insurance dictates I go to you. I pay huge amounts of money to go out of network. Troy hospital is so much better. Sidney residents deserve a hospital that cares just a little bit. I m a life long member of this community and I m embarrassed that our hospital has such a poor reputation. Are you?

Doctors and nurses are rude and don't explain things properly.

Completely awful experience today 2/25/18. I went In I completely lost my voice, The nurses was very friendly. The Dr came in was extremely rude for no reason at all, acting like why are you here?! I simply told him I wanted my throat checked out, and he was just unbelievably rude and pushy, shoved the tongue depressor down real hard on my tongue, it's was crazy how he was acting like a lunatic and really acting aggressive toward me for no reason at all. My wife could not believe it, I was very nicely asking him to check me out, I feel horrible and i cant even hardly talk above a whisper, it was a horrable experience. That dr was very unprofessional, aggressive, and flat out rude you have no business working in the medical field around sick people that are worried that something could be bad wrong with them.

I m not from the area, but my daughter is apart of a local tumbling group. On the evening of 10/14/20 she had an unfortunate accident during practice and I needed to find a hospital right away. Wilson was the closest. We went straight to the ER and the women at the desk were immediately attentive and helpful. We were in a room within 15 minutes, the doctor was in within 5 minutes. I can t thank that team of doctors and nurses enough for the gracious way they made her feel welcome and keeping her calm. All of them were professional and had excellent bedside manner. Again, I m not from the area, so being thrown into a stressful situation and dealing with a scared child, this hospital was exactly what we both needed to handle this situation. Thank you so much ER staff!!

Most horrible hospital ive ever been to. My toddler has been in the e.r. for over 3 hrs with a 103 temp and still hasn't been seen! Not to mention me going myself for chest pain only to have doc tell me "all" my heart conditions are cause i smoke marijuana. My Cardiologist got a kick out of that!

There needs to be a negative stars on this. My experience in the emergency room was the most undignified and barbaric time of my life. Not only was the Doctor in the room a mere 30 seconds, his 'examination' of me didn't even take up that 30 seconds. Obviously I don't want my medical information out on the web, but I can attest that not a single person beyond the gentleman that brought me back to the exam room, and the lady that brought what tools any other doctor would have used to actually perform an exam on a patient, introduced themselves to me. No one checked to make sure I was the patient they were supposed to be treating and no one even told me about the treatment I was getting, let alone gave me options and asked if I was ok with the treatment. Needless to say, I'm driven to make a formal complaint to the state for investigation of their practices, and I'm the LAST person who reviews anything, let alone a hospital because I am far more understanding with the healthcare world as I work in it.

Unless you're bleeding to death, you'd be better off driving to another hospital.

Wonderful, fast, and friendly service. Went in to have a walk in health profile performed and was fortunate enough to have Jane assist me with drawing my blood. A very wonderful experience coming from someone not fond of needles!

This hospital was the worst hospital I ve ever been to. I went in through the emergency room for abdominal pain that has been going on for weeks. I can t hold anything down and I was in misery. I don t take narcotic pain medication and went in with hopes that they could tell me what was causing this. The doctor Ma Marcus MD was the absolute worst physician I ve ever seen in my entire life. He came in my room to tell me that my CT scan was normal and spoke to me like I was a piece of trash. I was crying in pain and he looked at me and said I don t know what to tell you, there s nothing I can do I begged him to run bloodwork and at least try to find the issue and he said No, go see your family doctor and get a referral to a GI specialist . He was so cold and had no compassion. He could have cared less. This physician gives Wilson a bad name. This is my first time going there and I d rather go to my local veterinarian before I go back there. My mother was with me, whom has been a critical care nurse of 30 years and she was appalled at the care, well should I say lack of care given. Don t waste your time, this place is a joke.

My Uncle has been to Wilson hospital 3 times in the last 2 weeks with swelling and and his hands turning purple and the 2 Er doctors COULD NOT make a decision to keep him or not after the fought out he was in Afib. And had a bacteria in his blood from a needle stick and it came from the ER. So they sent him home.. And he is on his way to a hospital around Troy Ohio.. i will not give this hospital a star

Need a lower rating . Negative stars. Woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible pain in my hand. Finally went to the ER after a few hours of it not subsiding and noticing it was turning weird colors. Got to the "hospital " around 2 am. Didnt see anyone until 8 am ( no pain killers, no iv, just alone in the room )when they finally did an ultra sound around 830 found out I had 2 blood clots going up my left arm! Had to be rushed to dayton and was in surgery by 10 am. Moral of the story it doesnt matter if it's an EMERGENCY or not. They think your a junkie and WILL NOT HELP.

So my experience was actually going pretty good until this one nurse at the end. I got hurt at work. They sent papers they need filled out and brought back ok. So I let this woman know. She said well we send it out. Yes but my job wants me to bring this in filled out. So she ask if I want to wait in my room or in the waiting room. Told her it didn t matter were I waited. She gets like a foot or less from my face and yells at me it should matter you are the one who wants the papers. At this point I ask for someone else. She goes and tells them I threw a clipboard at her. Mind you the clipboard was in her hands the whole time. At that point everyone s attitude changed towards me. All because the nurse was rude as hell and I asked for someone else. She lied to not get in trouble. This place is a joke I will drive to a different hospital. No more chances.

Had to go to ER while out of town and this hospital was the best to me! The wonderful lady at the front desk that checked me in, the nurses, and Dr Mekesa were all VERY caring to me and my family! I wish I had this type of doctors and nurses from my state and hometown!! NIGHT SHIFT ER you are AMAZING! Thank you for the work you do!!

They all treated me really good, I was admitted from E.R and everyone was really nice to me and the most important part the Dr. Actually helped me! I previously went to UVMC and they told me they don't know and sent me home. Wilson took action right away and admitted me for 3 days and I haven't looked or felt this good in months. Also I was getting agiated (nicotine withdrawal) they offered me a nicotine patch that was really cool. Also pain medication so I was able to walk/hop to the in room bathroom. Not once did I feel like people were judging me even though I looked really bad. I'm never going back to Troy hospital again if I can.

We're here right now. My son hit his head at work and by the time he was off his shift the pain was bad. Came to get him checked out because he was nauseated had light sensitivity and memory issues. The doctor (Dr.Jung) came in looked at the back of his head for two seconds and declared he was fine just a minor head injury. Mind you my son was having issues describing things. This guy spent all of 30 second in the room with us. Then the nurse comes in and tells us we're ok to leave and to come back if he's nauseated or has pain. I was like ok what about the nausea and pain he has already? Will not ever bring a other family member here. This hospital is a joke.

Took my son to the E.R. We we're seen and released within an hour.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. They do not want to help u with any of your real problems.only minor problems. I don't recommend anyone going to this hospital unless you are dying.

I took my son here Friday around 3:20 it took almost two hours for someone to see him and they misdignosed him a doctor never came to check my son out and they said he had influenza and proscribed him tamaflu which is a very bad medication they didn't even do a test to see if he had this they just told me that's what they'll go with so I knew it was something else I took him to my mom and she called her doctors that she works for come to find out my son has croup later on I take him to dayton childrens they diagnosed him with croup and asthma thank God I went to my mom and children's don't ever come to this hospital

This place is ran by a bunch of backwards a## country f###'s that don't know there a## from a whole in the ground. If your loved one is sick don't bring them here! They illegally restrain patients physically and chemically! I will be notifying the state board of the abuse and neglect of my father.

I went in with chest pain. I ended up getting a lecture because it turns out it was a bad sprain in my back and were mad I went to the ER for a sprain. They told me to take ibuprofen and when I told them I have been, and it didn't work at all, and I could barely move, and they essentially told me it's because I'm overweight and too bad. 3 days later, the Ibuprofen gives me gastritis. Their lack of caring is outrageous and I was treated like a pill popper instead of a patient in pain.

Took my son for a simple broken thumb. Painful but pretty simple. Wilson did nothing for him. Took xray said yep its broke. Gave him a splint and refered him to lima. He had to wait 2 days in pain to get into lima. But we surely recieved our bill over 700$ just to walk in and register. Ended up costing our insurance over 6000$ for both places over a broken thumb, and thats on top of what we had to pay out of pocket. Nurses and docs are rude and nasty to people. I say if you dont like your job then find a new one. Every experience with wilson is awful. Wait times are ridiculous. Insurance comes first then care. Uncompassionate, uncaring, and downright rude.

Dr. Dave Jung is hands down the rudest and worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I am a business owner and I deal with people on a day to day basis and I can assure you I would never treat my customers with the disrespect and attitude that he gave me. Needless to say, went there for my 1 year old having a fever and an ear infection, and left with nothing being taken care of and no proper advice given. Very unsatisfied.

You are ridiculous!! You have been having pain for weeks then you went to ED, are you kidding me??? You go to ED only when you have something dangerous or life threatening, otherwise you are wasting the well trained ED doctor s knowledge and time, you may have taken ED s doc time that can be used to save another life. It is shame using ED as primary care. You should go to see your PCP. Do not tell me you don t have one! I see a perfect care from ED doc.

They are awful and heartless. I have had to experience this myself. And through my family as well. I could go on for days. Just terrible.

Been in emergency room for an hour: and my son has concussion also needs stitches and all they ve done is a ct like why ain t they cleaning wounds stitching instead he s laying in pain and blood absolutely pitiful. This is a poor excuse for a hospital hell the dr hasn t even came in to see him . Like I said sitting here over an hour now.

Went for knee pain so bad I can barely walk, was treated like scum and a liar. I just wanted an xray and answes. Did not want pain meds. But that's all they thought I wanted. Crappy.

Bad doctors and nurses. But they still expect payment of their outrageously priced billing. no one likes getting nothing for a lot of money.

Came in with multiple issues and come up with an imaginary diagnosis after three hours. Nurses were all rude, doctors couldn't look us in the eyes, and had to "figure it what to do" after the three hours of being here, for another hour. Ended up leaving with the same medication i have at home for a different illness and "nothing is wrong". Only been here three times and on every occation, service gets worse. Three strikes and we're out. We'll never return to this hospital

I do not go unless absolutely necessary I do not feel the care from this hospital is adequate and I do not feel that the patient comes first
I do give appreciation to dr. Newman and to the doctors that have saved lives....but i feel that improvements could be made that are not.

We took a very good friend to this hospital. They kept her for 5 hours gave her iv and told us to come pick her up. She was in the same shape as when we dropped her off. The next day she was the same or maybe a little worse. We took her to upper valley medical center er and they admitted her. Will not recommend this hospital.

Went to After Hours Care, better than Premier or Kettering. Got me feeling better right away.

Mom was in ER less than a week ago. Now in Lima Memorial with a GI bleed. Not the first time for a missed diagnosis in the past 4 months.

We had a nice experience over all at the ER. The nurses, doctor and therapists took fairly quick and competent care of my very young, 5- month-old son who was sick with croup and the associated breathing problems. I am a medical professional and while the ER is small, I felt they addressed my problem appropriately and we left relieved and satisfied.

This place is a joke, they never diagnose anything correctly, they almost killed a friend of mine, they were supposed to be pumping his lung up but they missed his lung completely and filling his body with air, they lie on court documentation, said that they took care of something on my wife's right wrist when in fact they didn't touch her right wrist it was her left she was complaining about and I know for a fact it was her left because I had to sign her release papers as she is left handed and couldn't use her left hand.

If I could give -* they would get -10! The ER is a joke. Rude Dr's IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM THAT. NURSES WHO THINK YOU WANT DRUGS. WAS THEIR 3 HOURS AND THEN I NEEDED POTASSIUM AFTER PUKING AND DIEREHA FOR 4 DAYS. YA THINK?? THE SO-CALLED NURSE COULDN'T PUT IN AN IV TO SAVE MY, REPEAT MY LIFE!! SO 6 HOURS FOR POTASSIUM IV AND NEVER SAID WHAT I HAD!! ONLY WENT THEIR BECAUSE COULDN'T GET TO UPPER VALLEY IN TROY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, A #&$@#++ JOKE!

I have been a patient two times for my back at Sidney Therapy the first time was with Zach and it went very well. The second was with Trish and I hardly ever saw her for the two months I was there, her eval was 15 mins long it was so different with the other Therapists. I have gotten nonstop phone calls from Tammy she changed my appointment without me oking it! Don t go! You ll end up just like I did. Hardly any help and Trish made me feel kike I was lying!

The behavior unit is the worst place my mother was put in here and there was so many things wrong in this place please do not put your loved ones in here there are so many safety issues there . my mom went in there and could walk a little with her walker by the time I got her out she can barely move all the aides do is sit on there cell phones .also bruised up her hand so bad she couldn't use it but they didn't even notice it . looks like they never even brushed her hair. They sit all there people in this big room and just let them sit there. My mom was sitting sideways in a chair and you could tell she was uncomfortable and I had to ask them to move her how long she was sitting there like that??? I hope the state checks how this place is ran.

The compassion that comes from within a soul to want to help people in need and motivates them to becoming a part of a healing entity is not only lacking from the staff of this hospital but completely missing. Rude, egotistical, unnuturing, misleading bunch of simple closed minded people I've ever ran across. Not only are they extremely unconcerned with the welfare of anyone but themselves, but their judgmental eyes and hearts are enough to make me sick to my stomach. My boyfriend, not only traumatized his entire childhood by a vicious evil woman suffers from ptsd, but is also suffering from other health issues that is physically depleting his quality of life, was litterly and hatefully ignored, but also rejected the medical treatment he deserved. one day the staff of this hospital, every single one of you ungrateful, uncompassionate miserable humans will need a helping hand, I pray your souls be haunted by all those people you rejected and belittled in their time of need. Suck at your job is to kind. You all do not deserve your titles, your positions, or your paypaychecks!!

These doctors and nurses are So rude. They do Not care about their patients. They have no sense of professionalism. It takes Way too long to be seen, for it being an emergency room. They Do NOT take emergencies seriously whatsoever. And it is FILTHY! The last time we went, there was someone else's blood on the floor! How is this 'Hospital' still open???
