Took my son for a simple broken thumb. Painful but...

Took my son for a simple broken thumb. Painful but pretty simple. Wilson did nothing for him. Took xray said yep its broke. Gave him a splint and refered him to lima. He had to wait 2 days in pain to get into lima. But we surely recieved our bill over 700$ just to walk in and register. Ended up costing our insurance over 6000$ for both places over a broken thumb, and thats on top of what we had to pay out of pocket. Nurses and docs are rude and nasty to people. I say if you dont like your job then find a new one. Every experience with wilson is awful. Wait times are ridiculous. Insurance comes first then care. Uncompassionate, uncaring, and downright rude.
