Added new car to the insurance policy. Even though dealership provided all the info and paperwork they're asking me to do the same. Not really sure why.

Lovely to chat with but there are always mistakes and they always take the easy way out. I've been told for years there is no way to go paperless whereas the first page of my latest policy package has a note saying "Contact your broker to set up electronic delivery of your documents". No real help other than to say "wow, that sucks" while my insurer dragged out an auto settlement process for months longer than was necessary. Why do they get a cut of my premiums?

Its a brokerage that finds the best rates for you apparently....they are the middle man so I'm sure they make a premium...however used them for almost ten yrs now...good service...they currently buy from the Guarantee Insurance of North America
