I have upgraded twice, once in 2015 and again July 2018, both times they create another invoice and charge my credit card within 10 days of paying for the upgrade and support . This second invoice is for an additional customer support upgrade or another service not needed or requested. The invoice arrives by email and their email says "Please do not reply to this email. Replies to this message are routed to an unmonitored mailbox". My only option to have the charges reversed is to call the customer support line which leaves one waiting for hours or locked into a 'call back' situation as they don't take direct calls. I tried the online chat, spent 25 minutes only to learn that my options are to call the customer services or email customer service.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The sad thing is they don't need to be unethical, they have a good product. I will be changing to a different program before the current upgrade expires.
