We have been with Steve and his agency for over 13 years. He handles our home, auto and life insurance with 1st class service. When ever I need to talk directly to him, he is always available. He and his staff always have our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend his agency.

It took way too long for me to pull the plug on our old insurance company and advisor. Right away after giving Williams Insurance a call I realized I should have cut ties years ago - turns out, our old advisor had us hooked up with the wrong home insurance policy (WAY too much coverage for our townhome) and within the first hour, Travis (Williams) here dug into our HOA and realized we only need about half the coverage we were paying for, since our HOA covered all external facets.

On top of that, he got us hooked up with a company that is now providing us with better auto coverage at about 60% of the cost (i.e. about $400 saved on auto alone... two cars).

Customer service has been amazing - prompt email replies, professional, detail oriented, etc. I don t usually leave reviews for companies but felt obligated to tell people to give Williams a call. Very worth it!

When my husband and I bought our first home, we had no idea how to shop and compare homeowners insurance rates, or recognize whether we were being quoted policies for way to much coverage that wasn't needed. Our financial adviser recommended checking in with Williams Insurance Group for quotes in addition to others we had received. They were able to explain the coverage limits and how much we would need then found the policy that was the perfect fit for us, which was less than half the cost of the other annual premium costs we had previously been quoted! We also came back to Williams Group a second time to find a new auto policy and again, they found the best policy with adequate coverage for bundling our auto/homeowners while still keeping us in a budget-friendly range. We have been so impressed with the Williams Insurance Group- Travis and Steve Williams (father and son) are always easy to get in touch with via phone or email, and we love knowing that we have a specific "go-to" person who's local rather than calling an 800#, dealing with an automated operator before finally getting to speak with an actual person, and never having that established agent who remembers you and your needs/priorities. Williams Insurance is by far my best experience shopping and purchasing insurance products. They have relationships with providers offering better annual rates than calling State Farm, Progrrssive, and Allstate. I ve even found that I have better coverage than most of those providers can offer on a very basic minimums policy. The office staff is also very quick to respond to my emails and calls.

Travis was fantastic to work with! He made setting everything up really easy, especially for a first timer like myself. Always responded quickly as well.

They are ROCKSTARS...my household uses the Williams Insurance group for our auto and home insurance and we are currently working with them to set up life insurance.

They are beyond amazing! The customer service is beyond exceptional. Every time I call I am greeted with a smile through the phone, and it's so genuine. Often times you don't even have to speak with your agent because everyone there has an OWN it mentality. So if you need to make minor adjustments to your plan anyone there can help you right away.

Even via email they are quick on response, I usually received a response within 30 minutes or less of my request during normal business hours! Once my husband was involved in an automobile accident and I called Williams Insurance group after calling the police. They kept me calm in the midst of what was going on and gave me step by step quick instructions on the process. Even following up on me and my husband to insure the car was taken care of and all proper steps were in order for replacement.

To sum it up they embody a true southern experience. They are always timely, helpful, honest, and caring. Anytime I have a question they are eager to help and that's why me and my husband have stayed with them and continue to add to our services. They make us feel valued and provide service with a smile every time.

Steve Williams is one of the most kind, honest, wonderful men in the city, let alone the insurance business and takes very good care of me. He and the team have gone above and beyond numerous times. This includes dealing with my many many questions, insuring my cars, my first home and dealing with the HOA stuff I was clueless about, my second home, and of course the thing you hope to never happen...a major car accident. There was no business talk - it was are you okay, what can we do, we'll deal with everything else later and then calling in to check on me as I recovered. They're amazing and I just love working with them. It is very difficult to find good personal service where you really feel taken care of in general. I would pay for that, but they have great rates as well so I don't have to :)
