It took way too long for me to pull the plug on our old insurance company and advisor. Right away after giving Williams Insurance a call I realized I should have cut ties years ago - turns out, our old advisor had us hooked up with the wrong home insurance policy (WAY too much coverage for our townhome) and within the first hour, Travis (Williams) here dug into our HOA and realized we only need about half the coverage we were paying for, since our HOA covered all external facets.

On top of that, he got us hooked up with a company that is now providing us with better auto coverage at about 60% of the cost (i.e. about $400 saved on auto alone... two cars).

Customer service has been amazing - prompt email replies, professional, detail oriented, etc. I don t usually leave reviews for companies but felt obligated to tell people to give Williams a call. Very worth it!
