I approached Laurie after beginning the loan process with a different lender. I was looking for a lender that can give clear in-depth explanations and offer competitive rates. Working with Laurie helped me feel at ease during the process.

Laurie is an excellent communicator and a hard worker. To top it all off, her rates were also the best I was offered! Laurie provided fast and detailed responses to all of my many, many questions that came through phone, text and email. At each step during the process it was clearly explained to me what is being done, and will be done next. I felt that the process was very transparent which was great for me as a first time buyer.

We closed on my home in about 4 weeks and I received excellent service the entire time without exception. 5 stars to Laurie for terrific customer service. I plan to continue working with her and will gladly refer my friends and family.

Colette did an awesome job with communicating what documentation was needed and the status of the process from start to finish. The full process was done safely and virtually. The only time any in-person contact occurred was to sign the final paperwork with the title company. I would not hesitate to use Colette and Christensen Financial again in the future and have shared her contact information with friends.

During Covid19 pandemic we were faced with several challenges during the loan process. My Buyer worked with Colette, who with experience foresaw some potential obstacles and faced them with solutions so that my young buyer could make it to the closing table. He is elated. The seller is happy. And the agents have all succeeded in bringing all parties together to fulfill their obligations. Close.

Hello all! I went through a company called Christensen Financial Inc. for refinance and my house was appraised by an appraiser that took the appropriate amount of time. The loan interest rate for a 20 year conventional type is 2.75% rather than the 3.825% for 30 year conventional loan Suntrust offered me; my monthly payment stayed the same as the 4.625% my original loan had; and it took them 6 weeks rather than the 18 weeks it took Suntrust to process everything without me having to ask for updates every 2 weeks. I recommend Christensen Financial to anyone looking to refinance
